Natasha Prehu

Drawing upon an affinity for helping others become the best version of themselves, Natasha Prehu has naturally thrived in the fields of labor relations and human resources. Since 2021, she has served as the owner and chief executive officer of Sui Generis Group, a boutique human resources firm focusing much of its attention on career coaching and executive matters. Ms. Prehu specializes in such areas as organizational development, employee relations, and change management.

Prior to establishing her own firm, Ms. Prehu worked in a myriad of positions for Honeywell International Inc. between 1994 and 2021. First hired as a human resources business partner, she escalated through the ranks to prominent roles such as corporate human resources director and the vice president of labor and employee relations for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. While in her corporate career, she also worked in worldwide roles in France, Belgium, and Switzerland as well as the United States. Prior to resigning from Honeywell, Ms. Prehu excelled as the vice president of human resources for three years.

While in the early stages of her career, Ms. Prehu pursued formal education, having completed a postgraduate diploma in human resource management from Institut de Gestion Sociale in Paris, France, in 1996. A certified coach as well, she has allocated a significant portion of her spare time to civic endeavors, contributing to her local community, particularly underserved and underprivileged students in her region. To this end, Ms. Prehu emphasizes the importance of providing students with excellent educational services. Outside of her primary efforts, she is a member of the advisory board of Global LERN, a labor and employee relations network.

For her success, Ms. Prehu credits her resilience and understanding of her own curious nature, emphasizing that “curiosity is the beginning of knowledge, and action is the beginning of change.” In addition, she is particularly gratified by her role in making a difference in others’ lives in several capacities. Always ready for a challenge, Ms. Prehu endeavors to further develop and expand her firm to accommodate more clients and employees. Moreover, she would like to write and publish a book.
