Shari Hulitt

As an experienced professional in staffing and talent acquisition, Shari Hulitt excels as the senior director of client services, clinical, with SRG, where she helps companies in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries gather necessary resources and bring new drugs to market. She attributes her professional achievements to her personal drive to always strive for more and provide for her family. First and foremost, Ms. Hulitt aims to set up her children for success. As a well-rounded professional in her industry, she plans to advance and expand her role with SRG in the coming years, ultimately aiming to secure a C-suite role or head a division. As the senior director of client services, clinical, she takes the initiative, uses her instincts, and gets things done without waiting for handholding from her superiors, demonstrating her talents as a leader and decision-maker.

Among her professional achievements, Ms. Hulitt was recognized as the Small Business Person of the Year by the Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce in 2018. She also was named one of South Jersey’s Top CEOs by South Jersey Biz. In 2021, she was named Mrs. South Jersey. Together with her husband, Ms. Hulitt founded Youth Voice, an organization that seeks to engage children in community service projects. Among the activities Youth Voice has coordinated, the organization gathered young volunteers, prepared hundreds of burritos, and gave them to unhoused individuals. Additionally, Ms. Hulitt consistently supports other causes close to her heart, including the arts, as well as assisting people faced with various personal challenges. For more than a decade, for example, she has worked as an advocate and volunteer with The Arc Gloucester, a nonprofit organization that empowers individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families to achieve their highest potential through advocacy, education, and quality services.

Ms. Hulitt began her career in the technology industry and worked as a recruiter for the human resources company Williams, Roberts, Young. After the 9/11 attacks, she transitioned into the telecommunications industry, learning about clinical project management from a friend and piquing her interest in the field. From 2002 to 2007, she procured experience as a talent acquisition manager for business development with PharmaNet/i3 Strategic Resourcing. After building her professional network, Ms. Hulitt joined BioBridges LLC, a life sciences consulting firm, where she gained insights into the industry’s inner workings. After working with clients and candidates to navigate career decisions and connect people with the best opportunities, she realized that finding the right match between a job role and a candidate was an interesting and fulfilling process. Ms. Hulitt has considered it a privilege to apply her expertise to help individuals make the best choices for their professional futures.

Prior to working with SRG, Ms. Hulitt was the director of business development for DOCS from 2008 to 2009 and the regional director for the East Coast with Delta Pharma, a Randstad Company, in 2010. From 2011 to 2013, she was the managing director of North America for DOCS. Following her tenure with BioBridges LLC, she co-founded SharpLink Staffing LLC in 2015. Starting in 2018, Ms. Hulitt spent the next year as the director of global talent acquisition with PRA Health Sciences, subsequently working for Kelly Services as a senior recruiter for clinical and biometrics candidates from 2019 to 2020.

Throughout her career, Ms. Hulitt is proud to have grown as an individual and leader. She focuses on improving herself while helping others achieve their career goals, taking time to listen to her clients and understand their needs and desires. By forming meaningful connections, she can more effectively guide her clients toward the best opportunities. Moreover, as a young mother, Ms. Hulitt always worked tirelessly for her children to equip them to find success as adults. For her own work-life balance, she enjoys time with her dog and various outdoor activities, including paddleboarding and kayaking.
