Shari Hulitt empowers talent and drives success in life sciences. With extensive experience in staffing and talent acquisition, she has established herself as a leader in her industry, partnering with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to identify top talent and support the development of new drugs. Her professional achievements stem from a relentless drive to succeed and a commitment to providing for her family. As a dedicated mother, Ms. Hulitt’s primary goal has always been to set her children up for success. In 2024, she joined CSG Talent as the business manager for the Life Sciences Division. She brings ambitious plans to grow the team and advance her career while continuing to deliver exceptional results for her clients.

Focusing on Ms. Hulitt’s accomplishments and community engagement, her career is highlighted by numerous accolades, including being named the Small Business Person of the Year by the Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce in 2018 and one of South Jersey Biz’s Top CEOs. In 2021, she was also crowned Mrs. South Jersey. Beyond professional accolades, she is deeply committed to community service. Together with her daughter, Ms. Hulitt co-founded Youth Voice, an organization that empowers children to engage in meaningful service projects, such as preparing and distributing meals for unhoused individuals. Her dedication extends to supporting women entrepreneurs and volunteering for causes she values, including her decade-long advocacy with The Arc Gloucester, which assists individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Ms. Hulitt began her career journey in the technology sector as a recruiter for Williams, Roberts, Young, eventually transitioning into clinical research after being inspired by a friend. From 2002 to 2007, she served as a talent acquisition manager at i3 Research (now part of inVentiv), where she honed her expertise in the clinical field. Her ability to match candidates with ideal roles quickly became a source of fulfillment, shaping her career trajectory. Before joining CSG, she held senior roles at SRG, DOCS (a division of ICON), PRA, BioBridges LLC, and Kelly Services. In 2015, she co-founded SharpLink Staffing LLC, a temporary staffing firm in South Jersey, further demonstrating her entrepreneurial spirit.

Throughout her career, Ms. Hulitt has grown into a skilled leader focused on personal development and helping others achieve their goals. She prioritizes forming meaningful connections with clients, listening intently to their needs to guide them toward success. Ms. Hulitt works hard to balance professional aspirations with family commitments, instilling resilience and ambition in her children. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, kayaking, and spending quality time with her dog, embracing activities that provide balance and inspiration.
