Robin Granicy-Sergent

Described as a “Jill of All Trades,” Robin R. Granicy operates a variety of businesses out of her office. Under the umbrella of Granicy Square, she sells all-natural dog and cat food, koi food, bird food and veterinary supplies, including such brands as Nutra Source, Instinct, Zignature, Esscence, Inception, Victor, Taste of the Wild, Prey, Solid Gold and VetsDiet. Over the years, Ms. Granicy has also found success managing a gift shop with various antique, vintage and unique items..

Furthermore, Ms. Granicy gained valuable experience operating a recycling center and offering upcyling materials, as well as renting out moving trucks. She also notably provided her premises as a location for video and photo shoots. Moreover, Ms. Granicy also offers parking and vehicle storage services to tractors, trailers and big rig trucks, RVs and cars.

Dedicated to her community, Ms. Granicy contributes to those in need through the various food banks and ministries. She is an honorary member of the Bark in the Park, an annual event put on by City of Lancaster, which she raises donations from various pet product companies and sponsors for the event. During her spare time, one of her biggest passions is honoring the soldiers from World War I and she makes an annual journey to Belgium in honor of her great uncle, who is buried there, remembering him and his fellow fallen soldiers. Ms. Granicy has given presentations to students in Belgium to various classes on the United States and its involvement. She has had the honor of donating various documents and certificates to the museum honoring these soldiers.

Ms. Granicy has particapated in inaugurating the “Tracks to Infinity” memorial of the Red Cross Evac #5 Hospital in Staden, Belgium, and is also involved with the Brothers in Arms Memorial Park. She has given presentations here for the Daughters of the American Revolution. In light of her outstanding work in several industries, she has been featured in Who’s Who in America. Looking toward the future, Ms. Granicy intends to hand off her business to someone capable so that she may enjoy her well-deserved retirement.
