Rebecca Tuminelly

Rebecca Tuminelly has found a wealth of success as the owner and president of Impossible Kitty Enterprises Inc., doing business as Riteway Business Forms & Digital Printing. Since acquiring the company in 2025, she has overseen all aspects of business operations, from building relationships with customers and identifying new opportunities to managing daily activities and addressing operational issues. Ms. Tuminelly’s responsibilities in these posts also include interacting with vendors and networking with industry professionals.

Under Ms. Tuminelly’s leadership, Riteway Business Forms & Digital Printing has continued cementing its legacy, which has been built upon more than 30 years in commercial printing. Specializing in forms, laser checks and related products, the aforementioned company offers a comprehensive range of services including multi-part forms, continuous forms, single-sheet formats, collated materials, laser-printed checks with bank maker numbers, four-color brochures, pamphlets, booklets, business cards and small catalog-style books. In-house graphic design support allows for modification or creation of branding materials such as business cards. Additionally, Riteway Business Forms & Digital Printing provides bubble-type surveys for schools, counties and insurance companies, handling data collection and compilation for clients.

Ms. Tuminelly is particularly proud of her progression into an administrative role within Riteway Business Forms & Digital Printing. Initially hesitant to assert herself in this capacity, she has since fortified her approach through her confidence and effectiveness as a leader. She is committed to expanding the services offered to current customers and increasing awareness of the continued relevance of print in today’s digital landscape. As the business grows and becomes more established, Ms. Tuminelly envisions further expansion of offerings and potentially restructuring aspects of the company if significant growth occurs.

Before entering the printing industry as an entrepreneur, Ms. Tuminelly worked as a trade show and marketing coordinator at Interlogix from 1999 to 2001, where she managed print materials in collaboration with local printers. She subsequently served as an office manager for Sioux City Blue Print Co from 2001 to 2003. These formative experiences provided Ms. Tuminelly with practical knowledge in marketing coordination and print management.

Transitioning to healthcare, Ms. Tuminelly excelled as a certified nursing assistant at Regency Square Senior Living, now known as The Palm at Regency Square, from 2001 to 2002 and at Lakeview Health from 2003 to 2008. She further contributed as a healthcare assistant in the respiratory care department at Hennepin Healthcare, formerly known as the Hennepin County Medical Center, and as a learning assistant at St. Catherine University during the same period.

Ms. Tuminelly’s healthcare career advanced further when she joined M Health Fairview St. Joseph’s Hospital as a respiratory therapist from 2008 to 2020. She then provided her expertise to those in need as a chronic pulmonary disease specialist at M Health Fairview St. John’s Hospital from 2020 to 2023. Throughout her two decades in healthcare, Ms. Tuminelly educated patients and families about lung disease management until restructuring within the organization eliminated these roles. The mental health challenges experienced during the COVID-19 pandemic influenced her decision not to return to bedside care, prompting her transition back into the printing industry by acquiring Riteway Business Forms & Digital Printing.

Ms. Tuminelly is affiliated with several professional organizations that reflect both her healthcare background and current entrepreneurial focus. She has notably maintained membership with the American Association for Respiratory Care since 2008. Moreover, Ms. Tuminelly remains associated with the Worldwide Women’s Organization, The Entreprenista League, Girls Who Print Inc, Better Business Bureau and Printing Industry Midwest.

To support her professional ambitions, Ms. Tuminelly graduated with a Bachelor of Science in respiratory care from St. Catherine University in Saint Paul in 2008. She also completed coursework in music at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. To further refine her skill set, Ms. Tuminelly obtained certifications from the National Board for Respiratory Care as a registered respiratory therapist, along with advanced cardiac life support and basic life support credentials.

Throughout her career path, Ms. Tuminelly has credited her success to her ability to listen and understand others’ perspectives during collaboration. She values continual learning, which has been instrumental in adapting across industries and excelling in new environments. Beyond her primary commitments, Ms. Tuminelly participates in Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal activities and maintains an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Her work has been recognized by Printing Industry Midwest through an Award of Recognition and two Certificates of Merit.

Looking toward the future, Ms. Tuminelly aims to grow her business nationally by expanding service offerings for customers while promoting the ongoing importance of print media in a digital world. For those considering entering the printing industry or pursuing similar entrepreneurial ventures, she emphasizes the importance of adaptability as workloads shift over time and encourages ongoing expansion of services tailored to client needs while remaining open to future restructuring opportunities should significant growth occur.
