
With more than a decade of experience to her credit, Priscila Fletcher has established a successful career in consulting, specializing in customer success, coaching, and strategic advising. She is the founder of Latinos in Success, where she is dedicated to coaching professionals, managing customer success, providing private coaching, and mentoring the community. Her role includes overseeing the customer experience from initial engagement through post-sales interactions. Additionally, she runs her consulting business, coordinates newsletters with her team, and hosts workshops. She has also served as a business consultant at Fletcher Consulting Services since 2023 and worked as an assistant customer success coach at Provan Success from 2023 to 2024.
Prior to these roles, Ms. Fletcher was a senior customer success manager at Y42 from 2022 to 2023 and held multiple positions at Timescale Inc., including manager of customer success from 2021 to 2022, senior customer success manager from 2020 to 2021, customer success manager in 2020, and cloud advocate from 2019 to 2020. Before joining Timescale, she worked in business development at CrateDB from 2018 to 2019 and as an account executive at Shutterstock in 2018, where she was previously the licensing solutions manager for the U.S. and Latin America from 2017 to 2018.
Ms. Fletcher also gained experience as a business development representative at Diligent Corporation from 2015 to 2017. Earlier in her career, she worked at IQPC Worldwide as an account manager for delegate sales in 2015 and as manager of strategic delegate acquisition from 2014 to 2015. She also worked as a Portuguese tutor at Penguin Random House from 2012 to 2014. Her professional journey began in Brazil, where she worked in finance before moving to the United States. Upon her arrival, she took on various roles as a babysitter, cleaner, restaurant manager, and bartender. These experiences gave her valuable insights into diverse industries and sharpened her ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Ms. Fletcher laid a strong educational foundation, completing coursework in multimedia at San Francisco State University and finance and financial management services at Colegio Uirapuru. She is currently pursuing a business administration and management degree through Harvard Business School Online and holds multiple certifications from the same institution, including leadership and management, business strategy, negotiation mastery, and management essentials. She has also dedicated her time as a group lead with CxXchange since 2024, a growth coach with Catalyst Software since 2023, and a member of Women of Customer Success since 2023.
In light of her impressive undertakings in the field, Ms. Fletcher has been named a Top 100 Global Customer Success Strategist. She attributes her success to her growth mindset and lifelong commitment to learning, often taking online courses at night after her children have gone to bed. Her drive to continually expand her knowledge stems from missed opportunities in her earlier life when she had to enter the workforce at a young age. Now, she actively seeks learning opportunities and values the wisdom shared by those around her. No matter the task, she consistently puts forth her best effort, and she emphasizes that her open-mindedness has led to numerous professional opportunities.
