After becoming the sole supporter of her two children in 1978, Pamela Pedego decided to shift her focus from teaching to a more lucrative career in real estate. Subsequently, she has gained valuable expertise as a realtor and director for the California Association of Realtors. In the latter role, Ms. Pedego represents Orange County, California, at quarterly meetings with realtors throughout the state, and remains aware of new laws and relevant issues that affect California real estate.
Additionally, Ms. Pedego has worked as a broker/partner of Regency Real Estate Brokers since 1995, a position in which she provides training in contract writing and assists with dispute resolution. In the late 1960s, she initially earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and French from California State University, Long Beach. 40 years later, Ms. Pedego obtained a Master of Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary.
A dedicated community advocate, Ms. Pedego contributes to those in need as an ombudsman for the California Association of Realtors, a post she has held since 2012. Due to her outstanding body of work, she was honored as the Realtor of the Year in Orange County in 2001 and Realtor Emeritus for 40 Years of Service in 2018. In the coming years, Ms. Pedego intends on maintaining a successful real estate career, while also becoming an ambassador to help women in similar situations to those that she has overcome. She is licensed by the State of California (DRE#00664734) and also serves as a commissioned notary public for the State of California.
