Natasha Richards

Fueled by a passion for spiritual leadership and community development, Natasha Richards has emerged as a leading voice in faith-based organizational management and empowerment. As the president and founder of Natsel Management LLC, Ms. Richards launched the company with a focus on coordinating religious events that emphasized excellence, structure and meaningful engagement. What began as a niche service provider soon evolved into a multidimensional firm offering leadership training and coaching, particularly for pastors, educators and ministry teams seeking to strengthen collaboration and strategic growth within their communities.

Ms. Richards holds a Master of Divinity with concentrations in chaplaincy and urban chaplaincy from Andrews University. Her academic journey also includes a vocational diploma in nursing from Pasco-Hernando State College. These educational experiences have shaped her holistic approach to service, combining clinical empathy with theological insight and strategic leadership. In addition to her degrees, she has earned a variety of certifications that equip her to support both individuals and institutions in their efforts to lead with purpose and vision.

In her role at Natsel, Ms. Richards has demonstrated a unique ability to bridge ministry and management. Through her involvement with professional organizations like the American Society for Quality and the Women Clergy Network at Andrews University, she has cultivated a network of peers and mentors who inspire her to remain on the cutting edge of faith-based leadership development. Her commitment to excellence has also been recognized through her induction into Theta Alpha Kappa, the national honor society for religious studies and theology.

Alongside her work at Natsel, Ms. Richards serves as a pastor in public campus ministry for the Southeastern Conference of Seventh-day Adventists based in Mount Dora, Florida. Her pastoral leadership has extended to various roles, including administration pastor at Berean Seventh-day Adventist Church and connect pastor in South Bend, Indiana. These experiences reflect her commitment to spiritual growth, intergenerational engagement and community outreach.

During her time at Andrews University, Ms. Richards also served as a graduate assistant, contributing to academic research and ministry-focused educational initiatives. Her experience in this setting deepened her interest in mentoring and theological scholarship, further supporting her mission to cultivate strong, spiritually grounded leaders.

Ms. Richards’ accomplishments have been honored with awards such as the 40 Under 40 recognition by Collision Media Rejuvenate and a scholarship from the Future Business Leaders of America. She has also made her mark as an author, with published works including “Mindset Reset: Unlock the Power of Transformation” and “ACF: What About It?” Her writing centers on topics such as personal growth, communication, leadership and parenting, offering practical tools rooted in lived experience and spiritual insight.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Ms. Richards enjoys watching films, scrapbooking and spending quality time with her family. As she looks to the future, she is developing a personal development product titled MpoweredMe and plans to expand her work as a professional life coach. Through these efforts, she continues to pursue her mission of empowering others to lead purpose-driven lives shaped by clarity, resilience and transformation.
