NADINE LEE WYNN

Nadine Wynn

Prior to entering the field of real estate, Nadine Lee Wynn had a career as a nurse that lasted more than 20 years, having earned a nursing diploma from the Orange Memorial Hospital School of Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Excelsior College. She left a position as a nursing instructor at a local college to pursue her real estate license at the Mingle School of Real Estate in Charlotte, North Carolina. While she had always dreamed of being a realtor, as that had been father’s profession, she attributes much of her success to what she learned about caring for others in a complete and holistic way as a nurse. This, combined with her natural attributes and personality, has led her to become a highly passionate and caring realtor.

Also certified as a luxury home marketing specialist, an accredited buyer’s representative, a short sales and foreclosure resource, and in real estate owned property management, Ms. Wynn began her real estate career with her own firm, Team Nadine LLC, which she has operated continuously since 2003. She also joined Lake Norman Fine Home Specialists as a realtor and broker in 2005. In 2010, she joined Keller Williams Realty, Inc. as a realtor and broker, positions she held until 2014 when she returned to Lake Norman Fine Home Specialists and joined Premier Sotheby’s International Realty as well. Since 2016, Team Nadine has been affiliated with Keller Williams Realty Lake Norman Cornelius. Looking toward the future, Ms. Wynn hopes to grow and expand her business and help her daughter excel as a real estate professional in her own right.

Furthermore, Ms. Wynn is a well regarded author in her field, and her articles have appeared in such publications as the Lake Norman Woman Magazine, the Mecklenburg Times, DavidsonNews.net and Resident Magazine. Most recently, she has had three articles featured in New York Lifestyles Magazine, “Relocating to North Carolina” and “North Carolina Luxury Living” in 2019 and “North Carolina on Your Mind?” in 2020. In addition to her growing portfolio of articles, she has plans to write several books, focusing on sending uplifting messages to help people focus on their individual strengths. Through her publications, her goal is to help young people find their strengths and their passion to build lives worth living and careers worth having.

Drawn to helping others no matter where she is, Ms. Wynn has been working as a certified teacher, speaker and coach with the John Maxwell Company since 2019. She has also served as an interview counselor and special events support for Hire Heroes USA since 2016 and with Toastmasters International, where she became the division B director for District 37 in 2021, since 2014. She was previously active with Rotary International from 2007 to 2019. In order to keep abreast of developments in her field, Ms. Wynn maintains professional affiliation with NC Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Recognized in her field since she first began, Ms. Wynn was named Rookie of the Year by Prudential Carolinas Realty in 2004 and later honored by the firm as a Crescent Communities Top Agent in 2005 and 2006 and the #1 Individual Agent in the Charlotte Region from 2005 to 2009. In 2010, she was named #1 Individual Agent in North and South Carolina by Keller Williams Carolinas Region, which was followed by recognition as the #1 Sales Team in North and South Carolina by Keller Williams Realty Lake Norman Cornelius in 2012 and 2013. More recent accolades to her name include the Quadruple Gold Award from Keller Williams International Realty, being named #2 Individual Listing Agent by Keller Williams Lake Norman, and listed among the Top 50 Women Realtors in Lake Norman by Movement Mortgage, all in 2020. She is also incredibly proud to have been certified as a Keller Williams University instructor in 2019. Above these career accolades, Ms. Wynn is most proud of achieving the designation of Distinguished Toastmaster in 2021, a position won by her years of loyalty and hard work as a member.
