Michele Stoudt-Wright

Michele Stoudt-Wright embarked on her professional journey by earning a Bachelor of Arts in economics and international business from Lehigh University in 1975 and completed coursework in political science and government at the University of Bonn that same year. First working as a bartender, she eventually found a position in an accounting office and then as a manufacturing engineer. In 1978, she became an operations manager for program contracts with Raytheon Technologies Corporation, a role she held until 2009. She then went on to serve as the senior director of offers and contracts with Airbus from 2009 to 2021. Concurrently, Ms. Stoudt-Wright has been the chief executive officer of Square Coffee Pot Inc., since 2000.

Attributing much of her success to her faith in God and never giving up, Ms. Stoudt-Wright is also an ordained pastor and serves as the associate pastor for TrueNorth Church. In 2020, her book “Top of the Morning to You (TOTM2U): A Devotional Series From the Heart of God” was published by Covenant Books. As she looks toward the future, she intends to continue to walk the path she feels God has planned for her. She is proud of her work helping to build churches and then helping those churches find their mission and purpose. Ms. Stoudt-Wright notes that there is always something more for her to do.

Furthermore, Ms. Stoudt-Wright brings her expertise in life and business coaching to a variety of community endeavors. From 2016 to 2018, she was the vice president and board member of Keep Rowlett Beautiful and sat on the board of the Airbus Political Action Committee from 2013 to 2021. To stay current with developments in her field, Ms. Stoudt-Wright is an active member of the National Contract Management Association, where she was president of the North Texas chapter from 2007 to 2008.

For her excellence, Ms. Stoudt-Wright was named Businesswoman of the Year by the Dallas Business Journal in 2014. Nominated for the honor by Airbus, she was one of 25 women who received the accolade across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and the only defense contractor to win. Ms. Stoudt-Wright’s defense work also saw her presented with the Commander’s Coin of Excellence for outstanding performance by the Defense Contract Management Agency.
