Shortly after finalizing general studies at Royse City High School in 1995 and completing undergraduate coursework, Holly Lubelski embarked on her career in the field of multifamily property management. Despite not initially planning on becoming a real estate professional, she was offered a position working as a leasing consultant when she applied to the maintenance department at Barnwell Property Management, which she readily accepted. After only eight short months, Ms. Lubelski was offered an assistant community manager position with Northland Investment Corporation. Through dedication and hard work, they promoted her to community manager after only six months, where she was able to successfully position the property to sell. She continued to excel in this role until she left the company in 2007.

The next chapter of Ms. Lubelski’s career brought her to Monument Real Estate Services where she excelled as a community manager and regional trainer. She was honored with certificates of national recognition for showing exemplary leadership and exceeding company revenue collection goals. Monument Real Estate Services experienced a large amount of growth in their Texas portfolio over her time with the company, which allowed her to participate in the due diligence process on many acquisitions. During the latter part of her tenure, Ms. Lubelski successfully managed a team of 22 employees at a four-office community of over 1,000 residential units. She remained with Monument Real Estate Services through 2016 before joining Keener Management in 2017.

In her new role as regional supervisor of Keener Management, Ms. Lubelski played an instrumental role in building policies and procedures for the daily operations of both the communities and employees of the company. As the company and her responsibilities grew, she was promoted to director of special projects. Her natural ability to organize, manage and complete complex projects allowed for a smooth transition to her new position. To date, Ms. Lubelski has contributed to the successful transition of over $300 million in transactions through due diligence oversight, coordination of the parties involved, and much more. She has also performed key tasks in the dissolution of nearly $100 million in assets.

Above everything, Ms. Lubelski considers the highlight of her career to be her move into the corporate side of real estate. While she always thought her career would solely be in property management, this new path of becoming involved in investments has opened her to a new world that she finds herself very happy in. Experiencing the differences between the two components of real estate has been incredibly rewarding and highly informative in her ultimate goal of wholly comprehending the vital role of each department and how their contribution strengthens the foundation of the company.

Ms. Lubelski currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Galveston County Apartment Association and is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management. She is working towards her certified property manager (CPM) designation, with the aim of finalizing the program in 2024. She intends to leverage this knowledge to achieve a deeper understanding of the investment side of real estate and remain up to date with new developments in her field. In addition to her primary career related responsibilities, Ms. Lubelski is an active member of her community and has done considerable charity work through her positions with current and prior employers.

Having dedicated her life to her career, Ms. Lubelski takes considerable pride in her work and has made a name for herself as a loyal and highly motivated professional who is versatile in an array of real estate facets. She attributes much of her success to the support and guidance from her employers as well as her family, including her two beautiful children who she is incredibly proud of.

Ms. Lubelski has recently accepted a new role with Keener Investments as assistant to the chief executive officer, a position that exemplifies how much trust the founder and chief executive officer, Stephen Smith, has placed in her. She is honored and humbled by this offer and looks forward to working directly with him to help ensure the success of the company.
