She proudly acknowledges that despite societal stereotypes of women her age, her self-assurance has flourished. Further, she has come to appreciate the balance between being a team member and an individual contributor, recognizing her strengths derived from her military service, extensive business experience, and especially from being a mother. When her career winds down, she envisions transitioning into consulting roles where she can leverage her extensive experience to help businesses optimize their pharmacy benefits. Her pragmatic approach involves setting rigid goals while remaining flexible in achieving them as she continues to positively impact the industry. Outside of her career and civic involvements, Mrs. Mulvenna – married to Daniel Bryan Mulvenna with three children, Jack Watson, Bryce Watson, and Trey Watson – enjoys time with her family, singing, traveling, practicing Pilates and yoga, meditating, and reading books.
