Who's Who of Professional Women

ALYSSA ROSSI

Alyssa Rossi began her professional journey at the University of Minnesota Duluth, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in community health education in 2004. Achieving a license in real estate as well, she has served as a realtor with Keller Williams Realty, Inc. since 2010 and maintains professional affiliation with the Denver Metro Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. In 2019, Ms. Rossi established Little by Little Boutique, a baby boutique, alongside a friend and served as co-owner until 2023, when she became the sole owner of the business.

Since taking over the company in 2023, Ms. Rossi has expanded their offerings from being only baby merchandise and rebranded to become Adiluna Boutique. As she looks toward the future, her plans include continuing to grow the business locally and perhaps open a second location as well. She has long desired to do something that helps people and makes a difference, and she feels that this is it. In order to keep abreast of new developments in her community, she keeps active with her local chamber of commerce and election committee. Ms. Rossi also gives back through work with Hope House and Family Tree.

Deeply grateful for the support she received from her parents, Ms. Rossi attributes much of her success to her father, who was very involved in his community. She considers the highlight of her career to be gaining a good reputation in her town, noting that Adiluna is even popular with tourists and young families who have just moved there. For her excellence, she has been the recipient of a number of honors and accolades, including Adiluna being named “Best of the Best Gift Shop.” In 2021, Ms. Rossi was recognized by Keller Williams as the Number Two Realtor in Colorado.

Today, Ms. Rossi is the proud mother of two children, a son and a daughter. She is planning to slow down in some of her day-to-day work in order to be able to spend more time with her family. When she isn’t working Ms. Rossi enjoys poetry, painting, traveling, hiking and backpacking, and golfing.
