Having accrued more than two decades of expertise in media production and business leadership, Tiffany Chang currently excels as the chief executive officer of XinBao Biomedical Technology Limited. In her position since 2018, she has led the company in “cherishing life and caring for health” as its corporate tenet and strives to adhere to a philosophy of gaining trust with quality services. Due to her influence and expertise in the field of education in China, Ms. Chang was selected as the continuing education program representative at the University of Oxford.

Regarded as a fashion icon in the media community, Ms. Chang has been a producer for a media company in China since 2014. To attest to her success as a media professional, she has had programming on both fashion knowledge and educational medical content featured on China Central Television (CCTV). Notably, she was the recipient of a Fashion Design Leader Award in China.

Ms. Chang strongly believes that people should realize that knowledge and information about health and protecting themselves are essential. Thus, one of the goals of XinBao Biomedical Technology Limited is to target cultural factors related to COVID-19. As such, through the media company Ms. Chang is currently involved with, she aims to share and disclose the importance of health information and education to the public, particularly in the promotion of medical rights, which is the current focus of her project. Most of her projects are based in China, Taiwan and England.

Before embarking on her professional journey, Ms. Chang earned a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing from California State University, Los Angeles in 1996. Subsequently, she received continuing education certificates from Yale University and Stanford University. To remain abreast of her field, she currently maintains professional affiliation with the CCTV Association of China, the Producers Association of China and the Education Association of China.

Looking toward the future, Ms. Chang intends to blend the purposes of her businesses to share the importance of health information and education with the public, particularly in the promotion of medical rights as the focus of her current project. In addition, she hopes for XinBao Biomedical Technology Limited to become a leader in the industry, as well as a STAR market company. STAR market is specifically designed to house companies in high-tech and strategic emerging sectors and to facilitate funding to these firms in China.

Ms. Chang’s ultimate goal is to promote happiness, good health and positive well-being in her audience, empowering people through her work. Furthermore, she believes that her work is a gift, and she has the influence to empower people through knowledge, expertise and the position and connections that she has in the industry. Her advice to fellow industry members and those aspiring to break into it is to be yourself. She says, “No one knows you and what you want in life better than you.”

A distinguished Marquis listee, Ms. Chang is the doting mother of two children. Her son is a graduate of Yale University, and her daughter is a pianist, having recently received the grand prize in a 2022 piano competition. She currently resides in Irvine, California. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling.
