Teresa Hardy

Teresa Ann Hardy is a strategic planning and business consulting expert with more than 20 years of expertise in her field. Currently, she is the owner of Hardy, Graham, & Associates LLC and a program project manager at The Collaborative Firm, where she specializes in helping businesses manage, transform, and streamline their information technology programs. She is responsible for managing 15 contracts with clients across industries to ensure that projects are fully realized to a high degree and that clients, staff, and employees are able to meet organizational goals.

Since the beginning of her career, Ms. Hardy felt called to help her fellow professionals develop through program training and to support others in finding their own versions of success. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources management and computer information systems from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and brings her diverse subject matter expertise to client projects, including strategic planning, organizational development, and managing the legacy infrastructure and software solutions common in high-pressure sectors such as finance. Prior to her current roles, Ms. Hardy excelled in management positions with Accenture and other companies.

Outside her work in business, Ms. Hardy is a passionate community advocate and organizational leader in notable social justice and human rights organizations. As president of one civil rights organization, she boosted membership from 300 to more than 4,000 members and built wide-reaching scholarship and COVID community assistance programs. In recognition of her dedication to service, Ms. Hardy has been presented with numerous awards and accolades, including 2011 and 2012 honors from the NAACP, a 2022 Unsung Hero Award, and a 2021 Bold and Fearless Award from the National Coalition of 100 Black Women. She credits her success to her faith, sense of purpose, and the values instilled in her by her parents, and looks forward to continuing to build her personal business and wealth with an eye toward future philanthropy. In the coming years, Ms. Hardy hopes to support her community by teaching at the college level or running for public office.
