She is the Chief Operating Officer of Discover You With Tamike LLC (DYWT). DYWT is an educational motivational empowerment speaker business that is designed to help individuals discover their gifts so they can serve their gifts to the world and be “great.” DYWT also specializes in speaking in the government and education industry, and with corporations, churches, non-profit organizations, and more as your “Discover You Motivational Speaker”!
She has coached and trained many under her leadership and is committed to teaching, motivating, educating, and empowering others to reach greater heights in achieving their goals reaching their destiny.
In addition to speaking on her own leadership, women, and crusade platforms and others, she was chosen to speak at Leadership Experience Tour in Troy, Michigan with the Shawn Fair Consulting Group; as a member of the Forbes Coaches Council; as a speaker at the Progression Conference in Las Vegas with Andy Audate; and as a selected speaker at the Power of Vision Conference, the Dreamer in You Conference, and the Coat of Many Colors in Baltimore, Maryland, with Dr. Kishma George.
An expert in her field, Ms. Brown is a Neuroencoding Specialist, Certified Licensed Teacher, and member of the National Speakers Association and the Black Speaker Network. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management, with an emphasis in accounting, from DeVry University and a degree in information and office technology from Central Georgia Technical College. She received an honorary doctorate in Ecclesiastes ministries.
In addition to being a world-class speaker gifted in many areas, her career-related endeavors include as a leader, influencer, preacher, teacher, encourager, coach, counselor, trainer, and event planner, just to name a few. She is certified by the SBA WOSB program, as a state and federal government contractor, and has received serval certifications from GTPAC governmental training programs.
Ms. Brown received the Presidential LifeTime Achievement Award in 2022; the Director’s All-Star Award Q3; the Servant of the Lord Award; and the Loyalty Appreciation Award. She has been included in Marquis Who’s Who in America and Who’s Who of Professional Women.
She is the author and publisher of volume one of “Birth Out Of The Fire: Living Life On The Run,” which allowed her to discover her own gifts in the communication industry, as well as co-author of several other anthologies highlighting her story “From Oak Ave to Joe Wright Drive Headed to the Promise Land.”
In addition to the love and passion she has for the people, she considers herself to be impactful in her position because she loves and enjoys what she does, and she tries to pass that energy on to others so they too can enjoy and love what they have been called to do in making a difference in this world for the kingdom of God by dominating in their area of giftings.
