Jennifer Baldwin

Jennifer Baldwin’s stellar career has been distinguished by a dynamic progression through multiple industries and roles, culminating in her present position as the director of talent management at Linde Gas & Equipment, Linde plc. Since 2024, she has managed and developed a team of four talent professionals, designed and implemented talent review and development programs, and analyzed talent data to identify organizational gaps and opportunities. Her responsibilities also include supporting strategic planning, succession planning and performance management initiatives, developing tailored talent solutions for internal business partners, managing a comprehensive onboarding program for external hires and promotions, and leading executive-level talent development programs. Ms. Baldwin is also noted for coaching employees on career growth, consulting with stakeholders to align talent strategies with business objectives, and monitoring program execution to ensure consistent delivery.

Ms. Baldwin previously excelled as talent strategy manager at Linde Gas & Equipment Inc., Linde plc from 2018 to 2024. In this capacity, she was instrumental in shaping the company’s approach to identifying and developing organizational talent across business units. She also facilitated the creation of impactful programs that fostered employee advancement and contributed to the overall success of the organization. Ms. Baldwin’s tenure as senior human resources manager at Praxair, Inc., now part of Linde plc, from 2012 to 2018, provided her with foundational experience in human resources management, where she supported the East Region and played a key role in employee relations and development.

Before joining Linde plc, Ms. Baldwin found success as the senior regional vice president, business coach and consultant at PartyLite US between 2005 and 2012. In this multifaceted role, she guided teams through sales strategies and business operations while providing mentorship to independent contractors. Her earlier experience as a freelance marketing professional from 2004 to 2005 allowed her to apply her marketing expertise across various projects. From 1999 to 2004, she worked as a marketing analyst at MG Industries, where she gained valuable insights into market trends and data analysis. Ms. Baldwin’s career began in 1998 as an executive recruiter at Raymond Karsan Associates, now part of IBM, where she developed valuable skills in talent acquisition and client relations.

Demonstrating a commitment to fostering individual growth within organizations, Ms. Baldwin believes that achievements are not always defined by traditional metrics but can be seen in the realization of ideas and persistence in the face of setbacks. Her whiteboard filled with evolving concepts stands as a testament to her belief that wins may manifest as productive conversations or incremental progress toward long-term goals. A dedicated member of the Society for Human Resource Management since 2012, Ms. Baldwin continues to engage with industry peers and stay abreast of best practices in human resources.

Ms. Baldwin’s academic foundation includes graduating with a Bachelor of Science in marketing with a minor in communications from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania in 1998. Her commitment to professional development is reflected in several certifications, including Everything DiSC from John Wiley & Sons Inc. in 2014, a leadership and service certification from the Miller Heiman Group in 2017, a professional certification from TypeCoach in 2022, and both an LG&E Leadership and Manager Development Program Facilitator from Linde plc in 2026. Ms. Baldwin attributes much of her success to the support of her family and the trust established with colleagues throughout her career. Her approach emphasizes listening closely to business needs while maintaining agility and creativity in problem-solving.

In addition to her corporate achievements, Ms. Baldwin is actively involved in civic initiatives. She co-founded the Greg Strobel Leadership Academy (GSLA), through which she has supported advancement leadership attributes for coaches and athletes in collaboration with USA Wrestling since 2020. Her philanthropic efforts include serving as a donor to local charities as well as Pens, Pencils, and Backpacks, demonstrating an ongoing commitment to community enrichment. Ms. Baldwin exceptional efforts have been recognized with honors such as the Trailblazer Award at Praxair, Inc.
