STEPHANIE CITRON

Stephanie Citron

Stephanie Citron is an award-winning realtor who is completely dedicated to serving her clients—and always does it with a smile. Having unmatched, expert knowledge of the local real estate market, Ms. Citron grew up in South Florida, went to high school there, and is raising her family in the same backyard.

Ms. Citron started her journey as a property manager, during which she learned the ins and outs of what people desired in a neighborhood and a community. She decided to take that information and transition it into becoming a realtor. Joining her brother-in-law, Michael Citron, with whom she now runs Parrot Realty, Ms. Citron proudly declares that together they have become “the most successful real estate team in Parkland, Florida.” In fact, in 2022, Parrot Realty broke its own sales record when the company accrued more than $112 million in total sales volume. They went on to decimate that number in 2023 when they closed more than $135 million in residential real estate alone.

Ms. Citron not only loves her job but prides herself on building lifelong relationships with her clients. She develops what she calls a “sacred trust” with each family she feels “lucky enough” to represent while expressing her inviting personality, genuine nature, and undying commitment to making one of the most significant transactions of a family’s life an easy one.

Cherishing her own family, Ms. Citron has two children who are students at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland. Moreover, she is dedicated to giving back to the community and has her hands in numerous charitable endeavors. Parrot Realty is the lead sponsor of many community events in Parkland with involvement in multiple outreach programs that provide assistance to people in need.

While continually moving forward in her personal, philanthropic, and professional accomplishments, Ms. Citron reflects with gratitude on how she set her own record in 2023, being involved in more than 40 real estate transactions in which she sold in excess of $38 million dollars in South Florida real estate, a testament to her hard work and expertise during a record-breaking year. Yet, Ms. Citron’s achievements go far beyond the numbers—they represent the satisfaction of her clients and the confidence that they have in her abilities and her ongoing future success.
