STACEY PETERSON

Stacey Peterson

Stacey Peterson, an eminently qualified real estate professional with more than 20 years in the industry, is a certified residential specialist (CRS), the highest credential awarded to brokers, sales agents, and managers by the National Association of REALTORS. In 2000, Ms. Peterson became a realtor with RE/MAX LLC, a role in which she continues to thrive. RE/MAX, short for Real Estate Maximums, is a franchise-based international real estate company, headquartered in Denver, Colorado.

Prior to becoming a CRS and excelling in her current position with RE/MAX, Ms. Peterson garnered experience working as an assistant manager at Walmart from 1997 to 2000. In early preparation for her career, Ms. Peterson pursued higher education at multiple institutions. She attended Western Wyoming Community College and graduated in 1995 before matriculating at the University of Wyoming College of Business, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business management in 1997. Ms. Peterson believes her success is the result of her perseverance and determination. She feels strongly that not fearing rejection empowers her to push forward while leaning on her strong work ethic and unwavering self-belief to achieve her goals. In making decisions to further her career, Ms. Peterson says that hiring a professional coach and investing in her professional development helped her greatly in setting and achieving her business goals.

Ms. Peterson considers caring for people and being a good listener to be her most notable achievements working in her industry. She consistently ensures transparency with her clients and provides them with the best level of service possible. Because of this commitment to outstanding customer service, Ms. Peterson has built many solid relationships and friendships throughout her career. She is proud, too, that she has stayed connected with numerous former clients. For her excellence as a realtor, Ms. Peterson has been recognized with multiple honors and accolades over the course of her professional life. She earned the Realtor of the Year Award from the Northwest Wyoming Alliance in 2015. In addition, she was named to the RE/MAX 100% Club, received the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award and the Platinum Award, and has been named to Marquis Who’s Who of Top Executives. To stay current in her field as well as offering expertise, Ms. Peterson has maintained affiliations with multiple professional, real estate-related organizations. She served the Northeast Wyoming REALTOR Alliance as a past board member and has been a member of several committees. Further, Ms. Peterson is a member of the National Association of REALTORS and serves on the board of the First Interstate Bank.

Initially, Ms. Peterson planned to pursue a career in education, only shifting her focus to business after taking a course in business management. Realizing that she preferred a path that was different from managing many employees, she resolved to pursue a license as a real estate agent, thus launching a more satisfying career. Ms. Peterson is grateful to have found professional success and fulfillment for the last two decades. Now approaching her 50s, she hopes to carve out more personal time in the coming years. She hopes to enhance her enjoyment of life and is working with her personal coach to build a more sustainable future. Ms. Peterson, therefore, plans to continue providing stellar service to clients in real estate while setting boundaries in honor of her free time.

Committed to giving back to her community, Ms. Peterson helps various nonprofit organizations in her spare time and has contributed to a fundraiser for Dancing with the Stars. Ultimately, she hopes to retire someday, either fully or partially, while continuing to run her company and oversee its expansion. When she is not working, Ms. Peterson enjoys golf, traveling, and entertaining friends.
