Jasmin Gonzalez

As a real estate specialist at Coldwell Banker Realty since 2018, Jasmin Gonzalez, SRS, RENE, PSA, draws on more than a decade of experience in property management. Out of more than 19,000 realtors across three counties, she managed to secure a spot in the top 20% of market share. Attributing her success to her internal drive and perseverance through obstacles in low periods, she has surpassed more than 235 of her fellow agents and is a five-time recipient of the Agent of the Month award at Coldwell Banker Realty.

Ms. Gonzalez is highly credentialed as a certified seller representative specialist (SRS) and a real estate negotiation expert (RENE), and, as a licensed realtor through the Bob Hogue School of Real Estate Inc., she is a certified pricing strategy advisor (PSA). Committed to her own professional development and continual education, Ms. Gonzalez completed coursework at Hillsborough Community College in 2004. She maintains affiliations with the National Association of Business Women Owners and Zonta International, as well as with the Real Talkers Toastmasters Club, where she served as vice president of membership.

Ms. Gonzalez holds special expertise in residential property sales, catering to a diverse clientele from first-time homebuyers to mid-range investors, luxury buyers, and real estate investors. At Coldwell Banker Realty, she facilitates home sales, optimizes profits for sellers, identifies distressed properties, and fosters community wealth by converting rental properties into investment opportunities. Finding inspiration in her children, Ms. Gonzalez aims to encourage rising young professionals and women in real estate. Active in numerous civic organizations, she participates in initiatives to fund research and promote awareness about dementia and breast cancer, donates to multiple other charities, and volunteers for church activities. She seeks to enhance the overall welfare of people and has been recognized for her unwavering commitment to charity and community improvement with the Marquis Who’s Who Humanitarian Award.
