Brooke Lynn Huckabee, a native of Siler City, North Carolina, has built a career defined by her ability to unite sales enablement and product marketing into a cohesive strategy that drives results. As senior director of global sales enablement at SAS, she ensures the global sales organization is equipped with the tools, training and resources to succeed. Her leadership involves managing a team responsible for enablement platforms, developing essential materials and supporting customer engagement. By translating complex marketing strategies into clear and actionable conversations, he is a vital bridge between marketing and sales. 

Ms. Huckabee’s academic background provided the foundation for her professional achievements. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business management with a focus on marketing from North Carolina State University. This education sharpened her ability to combine market-driven insights with strategic planning. She has also pursued professional development through certifications, including a social selling mastery certification and a leadership identity certification from Towerscope, further strengthening her expertise in sales leadership and organizational effectiveness. 

Ms. Huckabee’s career progression within SAS demonstrates her commitment to advancing product marketing and enablement functions. She has held leadership roles that brought product marketing and sales enablement into closer alignment, ensuring cohesive strategies across teams. In prior positions at SAS, she guided global product marketing efforts for fraud and security intelligence, directed campaigns to support innovative solutions for emerging threats and managed cross-functional teams in the development of fraud prevention technologies. Earlier roles saw her leading go-to-market strategies for key products and contributing to the advancement of security-focused technologies. 

Before her long tenure at SAS, Ms. Huckabee gained valuable experience outside the company. As marketing director at The Glenwood Agency, she managed brand development and client relations. She also built skills in market analysis and campaign execution while serving as a marketing specialist at The News & Observer. These early experiences strengthened her ability to connect marketing strategy to measurable outcomes. 

Ms. Huckabee’s professional excellence has been recognized through honors such as the Triangle Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 award, which highlighted her leadership in product marketing and her service on the board of the Identity Theft Resource Center. She has also received the Sammy Award from SAS, reflecting her significant contributions to the organization’s success. 

Ms. Huckabee’s commitment to community engagement is as impactful as her corporate work. She serves as secretary and board member of the Identity Theft Resource Center and as a board member of GiGi’s Playhouse Raleigh. She also volunteers as a program leader and ballet instructor for adults with Down syndrome at GiGi’s Playhouse Inc., combining her lifelong passion for dance with her dedication to inclusive programs. Her involvement with Women in Analytics at SAS and the Women’s Initiative Network at SAS further underscores her advocacy for professional growth and inclusion. 

Ms. Huckabee’s personal history in dance continues to shape her identity. Beginning ballet as a child, she went on to study at the North Carolina School of the Arts and attended North Carolina Governor’s School for modern dance. These experiences instilled discipline and creativity that continue to inform her leadership. She now shares her passion by teaching ballet to adults with Down syndrome and by leading trampoline fitness classes, encouraging empowerment through movement. 

Looking toward the future, Ms. Huckabee envisions uniting all customer-facing enablement teams at SAS under one function to enhance consistency and collaboration. She also seeks to raise awareness of revenue enablement as a profession and to expand her reputation as a thought leader through writing and speaking engagements.
