Since its inception in 2017, Plastic Pipe Associates has filled a vital niche in polyethylene product training, addressing industry challenges and providing comprehensive solutions. Her responsibilities include overseeing the company’s financials, managing cash forecasting, and coordinating with clients, including federal agencies. Further, Ms. Paul regularly checks in with staff members, including those on the road.
Educationally, Ms. Paul laid a solid foundation, earning a Bachelor of Arts in business and economics in 2011 from The Evergreen State College. She completed further studies in accounting at the DeVry University Keller Graduate School of Management. Ms. Paul’s professional path began as the general manager at Interstate Sandblasting from 1996 to 2001 followed by her work as a supervisor, interim branch manager, and corporate accounting trainer with the Wolseley Industrial Group. At the latter firm, she advanced from account manager to various roles within the business intelligence team, demonstrating her adaptability and leadership. As a financial accounting consultant from 2008 to 2011, Ms. Paul found success as a self-employed contractor. Prior to working with Express Employment International, she garnered experience from 2022 to 2024 as a business development manager for the Tuba Group Inc. Concurrent to owning and operating Plastic Pipe Associates Inc., she was the recruiting manager and corporate recruiter for the Tuba Group Inc. between 2016 and 2022.
