Since 2025, Amanda Nicole Lupton has excelled as president of Capstone Alliance Inc., an underground communications construction company based in Pilot Point, Texas. Since assuming leadership, Ms. Lupton has demonstrated remarkable adaptability in navigating new challenges. Traditionally, her late husband was responsible for networking and client acquisition; however, she has successfully taken on these responsibilities herself, securing two new clients since November 2025—a notable achievement in a competitive industry. In addition to her work at Capstone Alliance Inc., Ms. Lupton manages an alpaca ranch in Pilot Point. She and her husband established the ranch after relocating in 2021 with plans for retirement. Driven by her passion for animals, she oversees shearing and breeding operations while training alpacas for 4-H shows—a milestone marked by her granddaughter taking on one of the alpacas she bottle-fed. The ranch is actively working toward registration with the city of Fort Worth and plans to join the local chamber of commerce to further integrate into the community.
Ms. Lupton’s academic background includes collegiate coursework that laid the foundation for her professional development. She credits much of her success to the mentorship of her late husband John Oliveira, who imparted essential knowledge about the underground communications industry and instilled values such as integrity, quality and perseverance. Born in Amarillo, Ms. Lupton is a devoted mother to three children—Nichole Thorsby, Brooke Hickox and Caleb Hickox—and one stepdaughter, Landon Oliveira. She also homeschools her sixteen-year-old child while balancing multiple professional responsibilities.
