Her ability to combine product knowledge with relationship-building skills made her a top performer in a competitive market. She also built a successful career in the beverage industry. She was a quality assurance and quality control manager at Off Color Brewing, establishing a laboratory from the ground up, managing its operations, and leading special projects, including the brewery’s barrel program. At Two Brothers Brewing Company, she worked as a sensory analyst, assessing product quality and contributing to research that improved brewing processes.
