
Lisa M. Campbell brings a rare combination of executive leadership, technical insight and global perspective to her work in the high-tech industry. As an independent board director and member of the cybersecurity committee at Dynatrace LLC, she plays an active role in board governance while also serving as a public-facing representative of the company. Ms. Campbell’s academic background has served as a strong foundation for her multifaceted career. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics and computer science from Boston College, followed by a Master of Business Administration from Babson College. Before transitioning to board service, Ms. Campbell was chief marketing officer at OneTrust LLC, a privacy and security software company. In that role, she led global marketing initiatives that elevated the company’s brand and positioned it for sustainable growth. She was recognized among the Top Women in Media & Ad Tech for her forward-thinking marketing strategies and for building programs that addressed a rapidly evolving regulatory and technology landscape.
Prior to her work at OneTrust, Ms. Campbell spent nearly two decades at Autodesk Inc., where she held multiple leadership positions with increasing scope and responsibility. As chief marketing officer and executive vice president of business strategy and marketing, she led global teams responsible for expanding product reach and increasing user adoption. Her earlier roles included serving as vice president across several business segments, such as manufacturing, architecture, engineering and construction, geospatial technologies, web and eCommerce. She played a key role in launching products that gained broad market acceptance while fostering a workplace culture that encouraged innovation and professional advancement. Many of the professionals she mentored went on to assume executive roles of their own.
Ms. Campbell’s career began at Evolve Software as vice president of marketing and product management. Her leadership helped position the company for a successful acquisition by Oracle, marking a turning point that introduced her to the intersection of enterprise software, customer engagement and scalable marketing practices.
In addition to her corporate work, Ms. Campbell has been deeply involved in civic and philanthropic efforts. She served as chairman of the board for the Autodesk Foundation, where she helped guide philanthropic strategy and amplify the company’s social impact.
