Shaneek Williams, PMP, ACP, CSM, is a dynamic leader in project management. Since 2024, she has served as a service delivery manager at Oracle, where she streamlines processes and programs to align technical and business teams. She works closely with engineers and security consultants to ensure organizational objectives are met from the clients’ perspective. Her expertise extends to coaching and mentoring cross-functional teams to deliver value, establishing new initiatives to enhance team efficiency, and managing projects that drive growth and revenue.
Moreover, Ms. Williams is the founder of PMPro Connect, a consultancy firm she launched in 2024 to address gaps in the project management and operations industry. Recognizing the need for tailored solutions and people-focused strategies, she created the firm to help businesses and individuals thrive. Her experience also includes serving as an engagement manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where she was responsible for driving thought leadership to achieve strategic business outcomes and enabling organizational transformation. Prior to that, she worked on a contract basis with Caylent, an AWS partner, where she honed her skills in project management and servant leadership.
Ms. Williams’ academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on finance and marketing from Jamaica. She also holds several professional certifications, including project management professional from the Project Management Institute, agile certified practitioner, certified scrum master, and certified product owner.
Additionally, Ms. Williams is deeply involved in professional and civic organizations. She contributes to the Project Management Institute New York City chapter and serves as an event planning coordinator for the ONEpath Accelerator Program at Link Empower LLC. She also volunteers at a local church in the Bronx and previously volunteered at the Youth Adult Institution.

In advising aspiring professionals, Ms. Williams observes that many women, particularly women of color, often remain in the background. She emphasizes that growth comes from embracing authenticity and self-advocacy. Early in her career, she believed her work would speak for itself, but she has since learned that while producing quality work is essential, self-promotion is equally critical for gaining recognition. She encourages others to be bold, confident, and authentic.
