Working in high-stakes medical environments, particularly during trauma codes and emergencies, helped her develop a calm and level-headed demeanor, useful in navigating complex business scenarios. One of Dr. Narcisse-Ogera’s most significant career highlights occurred while she was an assistant medical director at her first job. She retained a multimillion-dollar account by acting as an internal customer, preventing a subsidiary company from leaving the organization. This proved her ability to think strategically and leverage her clinical insights to retain key business relationships.

She values the varied experiences her colleagues bring from other agencies and fields, often finding motivation in their unique perspectives. She finds joy in collaborating with her colleagues to assist them in achieving their goals and considers this to be one of the most rewarding aspects of her job. However, her expertise shifted the client’s perspective, leading the director to express gratitude for the insights she brought to the discussion. This interaction reinforced her belief in the impact she could have on her clients and their strategic decisions.
Currently, Dr. Narcisse-Ogera continues to push eNOVA to new heights. Her responsibilities include maintaining the company’s leadership position in scientific strategy, ensuring transparent and high-quality deliverables, and offering support following eNOVA’s acquisition by IQVIA.
