An accomplished aerospace professional and personal coach, Zandra D. Harris, PhD, began her career as a personal assistant at Boeing in 1980, rising to become the manager of marketing communications. During her tenure with Boeing, she earned both a Bachelor of Business Administration, cum laude, from West Coast University in 1990 and a Master of Business Administration in organizational management from the University of Phoenix in 1999. Subsequently, Dr. Harris joined Lockheed Martin Space, a division of the Lockheed Martin Corporation, in 2004, as the director of marketing communications and customer relations.
Dr. Harris has earned several distinctions as a multilevel manager over the course of her 40 years in the aerospace industry. Notably, she considers her work as an event planner for Lockheed Martin to be among the highlights of her career as it has taken her to almost every continent in the world, excepting Antarctica and Australia. She has worked events ranging from satellite launches to trade shows to contract signings. After a terrible experience at work, Dr. Harris realized the importance of being able to get through and heal from difficult episodes in one’s life, and she decided to branch out into a career as a professional coach to help people strengthen awareness of their positive energy potential so that they can overcome the obstacles life throws at them.
In 2010, Dr. Harris completed her Doctor of Management with the University of Phoenix. She then spent a year as the facilitator for The CreatingWE Institute from 2010 to 2011 before establishing her own coaching practice, P-NRGY Coaching, in 2013. Since then, she has achieved numerous additional certifications to bolster her skills in the field, including from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, The Flourishing Center, The CreatingWE Institute, and, most recently, the International Coaching Federation. For her excellence, Dr. Harris was profiled by Close Up Television & Radio in the article “Dr. Zandra D. Harris of P-NRGY Coaching to be Featured on Close Up Radio” in 2021 and was later selected to appear in a live TV broadcast series by Bold Brave Media.
Alongside her primary responsibilities, Dr. Harris has contributed her skills to a number of other professional endeavors. Notably, she offers her coaching services in a pro bono capacity to veterans transitioning into civilian life and is a regular volunteer with Women for Change. In an effort to remain up to date with developments in her field, Dr. Harris maintains professional affiliation with American Corporate Partners and has received her certification in Stephen Ministries in support of philanthropic services.
