Yvette Adelman-Dullinger

As the president and chairman of the board since 2010 of Adelman Sisters LLC in Pillager, Minnesota, Yvette M. Adelman-Dullinger, who holds the OFS (Offer for Sale) designation, brings her broad expertise in accounting, finance, printing, and the paper industry to the leadership role. Among her professional achievements, she was integral in the design and implementation of a barcode data collection system for the printing industry. Ms. Adelman-Dullinger considers developing and demonstrating the result of her work on this system as one of the highlights of her career.

Crediting her success to her faith in God and Christian values, Ms. Adelman-Dullinger has persevered in the face of obstacles and always put the quality of her work first. She is grateful to have found her niche in management accounting, as it is an area she thoroughly enjoys. Looking forward, she plans to write a book about her experiences to pass on her values and her hopeful outlook to others. Among her insights, she advises those entering any industry to start at the bottom, spending the time to gain a thorough understanding of the business, employees, and the industry.

To prepare for her career in accounting and finance, Ms. Adelman-Dullinger earned a certification in accounting from St. Cloud Vocational Technical College, now St. Cloud Technical and Community College, in 1980. After gaining experience in her field, she attended Metro State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in accounting in 1998. For her professional success and commitment to her specialty, she was named a Board Member of the Year by the Central Minnesota chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) in 1996. The IMA also recognized Ms. Adelman-Dullinger as a Member of the Year in both 1989 and 1994. Moreover, she has been included in Who’s Who of American Women and listed in Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives.

Throughout more than 40 years of experience in her profession, Ms. Adelman-Dullinger has found success in multiple capacities. She worked as a bookkeeper, secretary, computer operator, financial analyst, and graphic artist prior to excelling as a senior cost accountant. After a decade of working as a financial analyst for Coborn’s, Inc., she was a division controller for Morey’s Seafood International for three years and an accountant for Wausau Paper from 2006 to 2013. Ms. Adelman-Dullinger most recently was part owner of Range, Inc., a full-service printing and marketing company, where she acquired MN Hockey TV, started Youth Sports Plus, and was the controller.

After a severe bout of COVID-19 in late 2021, Ms. Adelman-Dullinger was still recuperating several years later and had to take a break from her professional pursuits, giving her time to write her book. In her spare time, Ms. Adelman-Dullinger enjoys a long list of hobbies, including traveling, gardening, raising exotic birds, doing needlecraft, playing the accordion, carving wood, baking, ceramics, working with stained glass, and making wine.
