Sharie G. Hiller, MSN, CNM, has devoted her career to transforming women’s health care through innovative practices, compassionate guidance, and a commitment to education. As the owner and founder of Regenerate, she leads a practice focused on empowering women to take charge of their well-being through functional medicine and holistic support. Her work involves developing educational content, planning workshops and speaking engagements, preparing for one-on-one coaching sessions, and guiding clients with complex endocrine conditions. She also collaborates with local physicians, manages scientific preparation for her programs, and maintains ongoing communication with her professional network.
Ms. Hiller’s academic background laid the groundwork for a career defined by clinical expertise and leadership. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in nurse midwifery from the University of Pennsylvania, following the completion of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Stockton University. This educational foundation equipped her with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the complexities of women’s health, from clinical care to patient education, and informed the development of her distinctive approach to wellness.
Before founding Regenerate, Ms. Hiller built an accomplished career as a certified nurse midwife, delivering approximately one thousand babies, a milestone she considers among the most meaningful of her professional life. Her expertise extended beyond clinical care into academia, where she taught at the University of Pennsylvania, instructing the inaugural class of Bachelor of Science in Nursing students. She also found fulfillment in teaching recent high school graduates and leading clinicals in labor and delivery and maternity care. In addition to her university work, she participated in community-based initiatives, guiding clinical experiences and deepening her understanding of the evolving needs of women across various life stages.
Ms. Hiller’s commitment to advancing women’s health is further reflected in her professional affiliations and certifications. She is a member of the American College of Nurse-Midwives and holds certification from the American Midwifery Certification Board Inc., both of which demonstrate her dedication to excellence in practice and her ongoing pursuit of professional development.
Personal experience has been a driving force behind Ms. Hiller’s mission. Early in her career, she became increasingly aware of significant gaps in care, particularly for women navigating perimenopause and other hormonal transitions. These insights motivated her to pursue additional education beyond traditional training and inspired the creation of a practice designed to address these unmet needs. Clients often refer to her as the “hormone doctor,” a testament to the trust she has earned and the results she delivers. As her practice grew, she expanded its scope by partnering with fitness trainers, nutritionists, and other specialists to provide comprehensive support.
Beyond her clinical and coaching work, Ms. Hiller is passionate about cultivating the next generation of leaders in women’s health. As she looks toward retirement, she hopes to inspire another practitioner to carry forward the mission of Regenerate, ensuring that the hundreds of women who depend on its services continue to receive the care they need. She takes great pride in her family, including two sons whose growth into adulthood brings her joy and fulfillment. She enjoys skiing, gardening, traveling, planning retreats, participating in drum circles, connecting with farmers, hosting gatherings, and spending quality time with loved ones.
Looking ahead, Ms. Hiller envisions expanding her impact beyond the walls of her practice. She plans to share her knowledge through writing and mentorship, creating a lasting roadmap for future practitioners in women’s health. Inspired by leaders such as Dr. Mindy Pelz and Dr. Lindsey Bergman, she remains committed to ensuring that her insights, experience, and philosophy of care will continue to shape the field for generations to come.
