Blending technical expertise with a deep commitment to personal development, Sarah Anne LoRang, EA, CPB, has built a career that bridges the worlds of accounting and business coaching. As a change facilitator at Purple Crown Creations LLC, she uses her background in public accounting to guide clients beyond financial management, helping them build sustainable habits and reimagine their paths to success. Her approach is grounded in decades of experience across multiple financial disciplines and is driven by a passion for empowering professionals to align their work with a sense of purpose. Purple Crown Creations LLC serves as a platform for her to offer a holistic model of business support, where compliance meets creativity and structure supports personal fulfillment. 

Ms. LoRang holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona and an Associate of Science in business administration and management from Pima Community College. Her academic foundation has equipped her with the analytical skills necessary to thrive in a demanding industry while also informing her transition toward coaching and education. She is pursuing a master’s degree in happiness studies through Centenary University in New Jersey, a program that complements her mission to foster growth and wellbeing among business professionals. Her educational background reflects a consistent commitment to learning and a belief in the transformative power of knowledge. 

Earlier in her career, Ms. LoRang established herself in the tax and accounting field as an enrolled agent, certified public bookkeeper and certified acceptance agent. These credentials allowed her to offer a wide range of services, including tax preparation, advisory work, bookkeeping and financial reporting. Her reputation for clarity and precision led her to teaching, where she worked as adjunct faculty at Pima Community College. She taught courses in payroll and QuickBooks, earning praise for her ability to simplify complex topics and engage students from diverse backgrounds. 

Ms. LoRang has also held key leadership roles, including as an accounting manager where she oversaw operations across public accounting sectors. Throughout her tenure, she became known not only for her technical proficiency but also for her strategic mindset. She earned the nickname “consult taxador” for her talent in combining tax expertise with practical coaching. Her work has helped businesses navigate shifting economic environments and individuals realign their goals with their values. 

Outside of her professional endeavors, Ms. LoRang is active in civic life through organizations such as the Rotary Club and KLA Cares. She was recognized by the Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce as one of its “40 Under 40,” a testament to her influence in the regional business community. She is also the author of the forthcoming book “Basic Budgeting for a Not So Basic Life,” which aims to deliver approachable financial tools to a broad audience. 

As Ms. LoRang moves further into the coaching realm, she seeks to reach more professionals ready to take charge of their lives. Her goal is to support thousands in rethinking their relationships with work, money and success. By helping others design balanced, fulfilling lifestyles, she continues to demonstrate that financial expertise and human insight can go hand in hand.
