She specializes in personal injury cases involving brain and burn injuries, product liability, and auto defects. Ms. Cohn’s career is rooted in a strong academic foundation. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in history, with distinction, from Old Dominion University in 2011, followed by a Juris Doctorate in litigation from Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University in 2014. While in law school, she served as director of the Inter-American Center for Human Rights, a role modeled after the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights. During this time, she also clerked for the city attorney of Hollywood from 2012 to 2014.
Ms. Cohn began her professional practice at Chaplin & Gonet, where she served as an attorney from 2016 to 2021 and gained a reputation for her commitment to justice. She then joined Geoff McDonald & Associates as a civil litigation attorney, where she practiced from 2022 to 2023 before assuming her current role.
In addition to her professional commitments, Ms. Cohn has been an active member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association since 2021, joined the National Trial Lawyers Association in 2023, and was welcomed into the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys in 2025. Moreover, she has been recognized as a Gold Member of the Pro Bono Honor Society for her dedication to service.

In her personal time, Ms. Cohn enjoys exploring new restaurants, practicing yoga, and traveling with her family. She and her husband Joshua are raising three sons, ages nine, seven, and two. Despite being spread out geographically, her family remains close-knit, always coming together for major holidays and life events.
