Ms. Oare is the owner of Beyond Limits, LLC, where she develops interactive learning experiences designed to help children understand and navigate digital barriers. Her work integrates storytelling, accessibility education, and game-based learning, empowering educators and students alike. Her commitment to accessibility was exemplified in one of her most notable career achievements—leading a cross-functional accessibility initiative. Recognizing gaps in digital inclusivity, she collaborated with leadership and UX teams to support a working group that educated developers and designers on accessibility best practices. Through her efforts, the company sponsored CPACC certification for six team members, strengthening their expertise in accessibility standards, compliance, and testing. Ms. Oare’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in computer science from the State University of New York Brockport, completed in 1995.
