Since 2022, Rachel Rogers has employed her elite leadership skills as the chief project and solutions delivery officer of strategic customer products with MagMutual LLC, the largest health care liability and malpractice insurance company in the United States. She steers the company’s strategic technology vision for customer platforms, focuses on the connection between customer expectations and employee needs, and provides solutions to technical and business challenges.
Ms. Rogers also oversees the implementation of solutions to ensure the company’s products offer the best user experience possible. Despite working in the predominantly male technology industry, she has achieved great success due to her unwavering grit, tenacity, and determination. Striving to break through the glass ceiling and create a path for her daughter to follow, Ms. Rogers credits her husband as a major source of support in her career. Recognized as one of the top 100 professionals in Salesforce globally, she was inducted into the Salesforce MVP Hall of Fame in 2019.
After graduating from the University of Houston’s C.T. Bauer College of Business with a Bachelor of Arts in business administration, Ms. Rogers began her career as a Salesforce Inc. consultant at her alma mater while working as a marketing associate for Oceaneering International Inc. From 2008 to 2010, she was a sales automation manager with The Planet, after which she spent a year as a sales operations analyst with Waste Management Inc. Continuing to advance in her career, Ms. Rogers served FlexSteel Pipeline Technologies as a sales operations manager from 2013 to 2015 before accepting her first formal role in the technology sector, becoming the director of information technology with BMC Software Inc., where she remained until 2018. From 2018 to 2019, she was the director of information technology, sales, customer care, and marketing with HD Supply Facilities Maintenance, subsequently thriving as the managing director of the Salesforce Center of Excellence, Innovation and Advisory Services with Anthem Inc. After several years in this capacity, she transitioned to her current role at MagMutual LLC.
Outside of her primary positions, Ms. Rogers is an active contributor to her field, authoring numerous articles related to her industry, including “Mind the Gap: Why Migrating to Lightning is Good, but Don’t Turn Off Classic Just Yet” and “10 Inside Secrets for Migrating to Salesforce Lightning” in 2017. She served as a Southeast Dreamin’ 2019 Session Coordinator and strives to always pursue professional development and education. To this end, Ms. Rogers is certified as a SAFe 4 Agilist® and as an administrator with Salesforce Inc. In addition, she is certified in large account management, conceptual selling, and strategic selling through Miller Heiman. Looking ahead, she is passionate about finding the right balance for the implementation and use of artificial intelligence in her industry.
