Demonstrating that she valued and understood the principles of investing, saving money, and growing finances by securing required certifications as a retirement planning specialist from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Chartered Financial Consultant® from The American College of Financial Services, among others, she was ultimately hired by AXA Advisors LLC.

In 2020, Ms. Khisty joined Equitable Advisors, where she is thriving as a retirement planning specialist whose focus is also estate, business succession, and comprehensive financial planning. She is a member of a group of experts named the R.I.C.H. Planning Group recognized for their high efficiency and high production. Taking pride in her ability to connect with clients who have access to all in-house experts depending on their needs, Ms. Khisty carefully explains options, educates, discusses retirement goals, and provides holistic planning with multiple services in one place to ensure smooth transitions and client satisfaction. Most rewarding for her is helping to give clients a genuine feeling of support, comfort, peace, and empowerment by delivering the best service and guidance professionally, personally, and emotionally so they have a complete picture of their possibilities. When a client loses a loved one, for example, she understands and is reminded of the greater importance of her work, especially for women who may feel helpless after losing a husband who was the breadwinner.

Ms. Khisty’s industry has taken notice of her commitment and excellence throughout her career, honoring her with the Court of the Table designation from the Million Dollar Round Table, an international organization that gathers financial professionals from around the world and of which she is a member; naming her in Trademark Publishing’s Women of Distinction; and reaching Centurion, Summit, and Hallmark 1 performance levels at AXA Advisors LLC; as well as other high honors in the profession. She is also a member of the National Association of Insurance Professionals, Inc., and the Paramount Platinum Producer Group. Ms. Khisty attributes her success to hard work, efficiency, exerting maximum effort, comprehensive training, positive community engagement, applying abundant company resources, networking with accomplished individuals, adopting industry-leading practices, and working analytically. To enhance her professional expertise and official credentials, she is enrolled at the American College of Financial Services to become a retirement income certified professional.

Dedicated to giving back to her community, Ms. Khisty volunteers with various charitable organizations. A small sampling of her involvements includes being a life member of the International Center for Cultural Studies, a certified instructor at The Art of Living Foundation, a member of the Foundation for Advancement of Cultural Ties, USA, and on the board of directors and the national youth coordinator at the Ekal Vidyalaya Foundation of USA Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to fundraising for education in remote and rural areas of India. The mother of a daughter also has amassed hundreds of hours of credit as a yoga instructor through the Yoga Alliance and is certified to teach both SKY Breath Meditation, a registered and branded technique, and samadhi meditation. During the next decade, Ms. Khisty plans to establish her own financial planning practice and work closely with young professionals by preparing them to be her business successors. Her aim is to transition into an increased work-life balance that will continue to include community service, philanthropic commitments, and extensive international cultural endeavors that help promote diversity and harmony.
