Pamela D. Neel, with the Pamela Neel Group, is a real estate professional celebrating nearly 11 years of matching clients with their dream properties in the San Antonio area. An entrepreneur at heart, Ms. Neel had always dreamed of a career in sales, but had never found her niche. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in communication design from Texas State University in 2003, and accepted a sales role with Staples shortly after graduation. Initially the position seemed like a perfect fit, and Ms. Neel soon became one of the company’s top sellers. After two years with Staples, policy changes meant that she was no longer paid a commission on her most lucrative accounts, and she began to look for a new path.
Ms. Neel enrolled in real estate school, attending class at night while continuing to work full-time. She knew immediately that real estate was a perfect fit, adding that she remembers thinking “This is it,” when she started classes. After earning her Texas real estate license, she left Staples, joining Keller Williams City View in 2010. At Keller Williams City View, Ms. Neel specializes in waterfront property and has established herself as one of the top 20% of agents in her office. She has earned accredited luxury home specialist and certified negotiation expert designations, marking her as an expert in navigating complex areas of the housing market and one of a small group of elite real estate professionals to hold the credentials.
In the coming years, Ms. Neel looks forward to remaining with Keller Williams, continuing to grow her business, and expanding the Pamela Neel Group team. She has been a Platinum Top 50 finalist for the last three years, placing her near the top 50 out of more than 13,000 agents in the area, and making the list is one of her major short-term goals. Her motto is “Real People, Real Dreams, Real Estate,” and she strives to embody that energy in all aspects of her practice. She believes that excellent service and genuine connections are too often forgotten in the modern business world, and hopes to be known as a warm, trustworthy, and customer-oriented voice in the San Antonio real estate market.
Ms. Neel is the proud mother of two young daughters, and attributes her success to her dedication to give them the best life possible and be a model of independence and self-reliance. She emphasizes the importance of learning how to overcome her fears and learning what was possible once she set her mind to it. Ms. Neel is active in community service both in her personal and professional lives, and sits on the board of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church and the Keller Williams Agent Leadership Council. As a part of her commitment to shaping the Texas real estate landscape, Ms. Neel is a member of the San Antonio Board of Real Estate, the National Association of Realtors and Texas Realtors.
