A distinguished sales professional specializing in real estate sales, Natalia “Natasha” Stavinsky holds more than 18 years of professional expertise in her industry. At the start of her journey, she worked as a realtor for Century 21 at Tahoe Paradise in South Lake Tahoe, Nevada, from 2005 to 2013 before transitioning to a sales consultant. Focusing on her work as a sales consultant, she offered her services to various companies, including Pulte Homes in Dublin, California, from 2013 to 2016, Khovnanian Homes in Hollister, Mountain House and Los Banos, California, from 2016 to 2019 and Landsea Homes in Santa Clara, California, from 2019 to 2020.

Since 2020, Ms. Stavinsky has devoted her career to serving Twin Oaks Hollister LLC, a gated active adult community for adults over 55 in Hollister, California. As a sales consultant, she promotes the active adult lifestyle to leads and prospects and demonstrates model homes virtually and in person. Assessing customers’ needs and wants and matching them with available products they can benefit from, she also works through Americans with Disabilities Act requirements to assure safety for aging customers. Ms. Stavinsky extensively works with the local brokerages to generate more potential leads, as well as provides customer service to current buyers, managing every transaction with the lenders and the title company.

Ms. Stavinsky earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Construction University in Poltava, Ukraine, in 1989. Later, in 1993, she conducted coursework in legal studies at St. Mary’s College in Moraga, California. She prides herself on being a highly motivated self-starter experienced in providing customer service in a fast-paced work environment.

A multi-lingual communicator, she boasts a superior work ethic and resourceful problem-solving skills, among other numerous commendable traits. With this sentiment, Ms. Stavinsky attributes her success to her personal skill and talent. She loves people and always strives to do the right thing, even if it is difficult. Her personal motto is, “You always need to do the right thing even if no one is looking.”

In a career filled with memorable moments, Ms. Stavinsky recalls a particular situation while working at Khovnanians Homes that left her feeling victorious. A married couple she had been working with suddenly faced financial struggles when the pregnant wife lost her job. She had been making more than half of what her husband was earning, so it was a significant loss that left them with no other option but to cancel their pending purchase, despite spending almost $50,000 on upgrades and design.

When Ms. Stavinsky told the vice president of sales they had to cancel and refund, she declined and said the company would keep the money. She escalated the matter to the company president and explained the couple’s situation, and the president decided to refund the total amount. Ms. Stavinsky felt ecstatic about the president’s decision and was proud of herself for standing up for the couple. Ultimately, she bought the house because she was amazed by the upgrades.

Reflecting upon her career thus far, Ms. Stavinsky most enjoys seeing happy customers find their forever homes. She believes her work to be very personal and finds helping clients through life milestones to be very rewarding, which she hopes to do for many years to come. Looking toward the future, Ms. Stavinsky plans to acquire a broker’s license and a property management license to open her own shop. In the meantime, she plans to continue to please her customers and ensure they are satisfied with her services. A distinguished Marquis listee, Ms. Stavinsky presently resides in Hollister, California. A devoted mother of one daughter, she enjoys dancing in her spare time.
