Prior to founding her own companies, Ms. Steffeny held key leadership roles at Archer-Daniels-Midland (ADM) Company, where she drove organizational change and collaboration across global teams. From 2022 to 2025, she served as Global Director of Learning and Adoption, leading the company’s transition into a unified Quality Management System. Her strategic efforts in organizational development were pivotal in ensuring long-term success and securing leadership and board support. Her journey at ADM began in 1998 as a Corporate Compliance Trainer, with her career growing to leadership roles in Enterprise Learning Lead for Business Transformation and Organizational Change Management Lead.

Ms. Steffeny earned a Bachelor of Arts in communication studies from the University of Northern Iowa, specializing in journalism. Her academic foundation positioned her to excel in corporate communications and strategic change. She is also a certified organizational change management practitioner through Prosci and holds an artificial intelligence certification from Writing.io. These qualifications, combined with her extensive experience, enable her to guide clients through career ownership decisions and help them achieve clarity in their professional lives. These credentials reflect her ongoing commitment to professional development and her ability to deliver measurable outcomes in dynamic environments.

Ms. Steffeny’s dedication to excellence has earned her numerous awards, including five Gold Medals for HCM Excellence in Learning and Development from the Brandon Hall Group and an Excellence Award in 2024. She was also honored with the Values in Action Award from ADM in 2017 and the Gold Quill Award of Excellence in Issues Management and Crisis Communication from the International Association of Business Communication in 2013.

Throughout her career, Ms. Steffeny has led projects in policy creation, adult learning, and internal communications, all while advocating for inclusive work environments. Her leadership in these areas earned her the distinction of being the first nominated president of the ADM Women’s Initiative Network and a founding member of the Women’s Affinity Group, where her efforts strengthened the culture of collaboration and belonging within the organization.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Steffeny is dedicated to community engagement. She supports The Imagine Initiative, contributes to her local church, and is an active certified trainer for the Girl Scouts of the USA. Her focus on building leadership and confidence in girls and women extends to her work with the local school district and her involvement in kids’ and women’s ministry at church.
