MARISOL LARDIZABAL ESCOBAR

Inspired by a deep love of helping others and serving God at the same time, Marisol Lardizabal Escobar strives to help people become the best versions of themselves through her roles as a nurse, interior designer, event planner and life coach. She first earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Saint Jude College in Manila, Philippines, in 1993, where she was recognized on the dean’s list and presented with the Loyalty Award. She then sought a master’s degree in psychology and maternal child nursing and is currently pursuing a doctorate in holistic medicine. For her excellence as a nurse, Ms. Escobar was presented with the DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses by The DAISY Foundation, which seeks to recognize nurses, nursing faculty and nursing students internationally.

In addition to her nursing career, Ms. Escobar is an accomplished business professional and has achieved certification in business mastery levels one and two from Tony Robbins and Robbins Research International, Inc. An expert in coaching people about God’s love as well as in design, she first established Love, Life & Beauty God’s Creations by ME, LLC, an event planning and interior and exterior design company that offers services for weddings, private parties and corporate events. Serving Love, Life & Beauty as the owner, chief executive officer and president, she also holds those roles with Phoenix Fire Creations by ME, LLC, which she founded in 2021. Ms. Escobar notes that the “by ME,” at the end of both her company names is in reference to her name, “Marisol Escobar.”

While her businesses are built on her Christian faith, Ms. Escobar prioritizes reaching out to people through love, pointing out that that “Not everyone believes in God, but everybody is looking for love.” She feels strongly about living her life by the Bible’s emphasis on loving your neighbor as you love yourself and wants to help people find that love in themselves so that they can grow in their love for others as well. Having struggled with her faith early on as a result of childhood abuse, she knows what it is like to seek love in places that are ultimately detrimental to one’s health and wellbeing. Ms. Escobar is incredibly grateful to a dear friend of hers and that friend’s husband who helped her find her faith again.

Attributing much of her success to the selfless love she has for her family, Ms. Escobar’s greatest wish is for her family to be rich not only in wealth, but in health, happy relationships and love and satisfaction with themselves. She has made a name for herself as someone who listens carefully to the people that she works with and pays close attention to their wants and needs. There is a common misconception that “want” and “need” are two completely separate entities, but there is often considerable overlap. Additionally, over the course of her career, she has noticed that professionals can often forget that their clients are human beings and not just part of the business, so she puts added emphasis on developing meaningful, personal relationships with her clients. Above everything, Ms. Escobar considers her most notable achievement to be the impact she has made on the lives of others, through her nursing as well as through her business endeavors.

Looking toward the future, Ms. Escobar’s goal is to continue to help people. She has helped people all over the world and hopes to continue to do so. Believing that everyone is created equal and should be treated as such, she has donated her time to numerous charitable endeavors, including working to build houses for homeless individuals and going on mission trips with her local ministry. In her free time, she contributes to the creative team of Hillsong Church and cultivates her hobbies of dancing, singing, yoga and cooking. Ms. Escobar is currently in the process of writing a book and a movie about her life’s story.
