She later earned a Master of Science in public management and human resources from the same institution in 2001. Ms. Hippolyte continues to expand her academic qualifications as she works toward a doctorate in health services with a concentration in health care management.
Alongside her academic achievements, Ms. Hippolyte holds a graduate certificate in human resources, showcasing her dedication to the administrative and operational aspects of health care. Her expertise in Medicaid has earned her a reputation in Jackson Health System as the go-to person for any Medicaid-related inquiries. As an uncompensated care auditor, Ms. Hippolyte reviews and audits accounts to ensure accuracy and proper documentation for patients lacking insurance. She works closely with a contracted agency responsible for Medicaid applications, checking that the hospital has quoted each account correctly and making corrections.
