Linda Reinke Williford has garnered well-deserved recognition in residential real estate for nearly three decades. She became the owner of Keller Williams Greater Seattle in 2008 and a partial owner of Keller Williams Realty in 2009, additionally working as a realtor, broker, and consultant for both entities. Ms. Williford’s leadership and commitment have been instrumental in shaping the culture of success at Keller Williams. Her efforts were recognized nationally in 2009, when Mo Anderson, one of Keller Williams Realty’s founders, presented her with the Cultural Icon Award — a distinction she considers one of her proudest achievements.
Joining Keller Williams as a realtor in 1996, Ms. Williford earned the seniors real estate specialist designation in 2003, enabling her to better serve aging clients and their families during significant life transitions. Throughout her tenure, she has become known as the go-to resource for clients seeking connections or guidance within the industry, particularly among elderly clients and their families. Ms. Williford’s approach centers on building lasting relationships through her sphere of influence — friends, family, and referrals — spending significant time each day maintaining these connections.
Concurrently with her work at Keller Williams Realty, Ms. Williford gained experience as a real estate agent at Home Realty and as a realtor at John L. Scott Real Estate. Prior to entering real estate, she contributed as a national accounts administrator at Airborne Express from 1983 to 1997, developing skills in client relations and account management that would inform her real estate transaction strategy. Before embarking upon her professional journey, Ms. Williford laid a strong educational foundation. After earning her high school diploma from Bishop Blanchet High School in 1979, she completed coursework in business administration and management at Shoreline Community College.
Ms. Williford has further solidified her expertise through active membership in key organizations. Most prominently, she influences industry best practices and professional development initiatives as part of the Associate Leadership Council. Additionally, Ms. Williford participates in national conventions and continuing education programs, showcasing a commitment to constant learning and self-improvement, and ensuring that she remains at the forefront of industry trends.
Grateful for the unwavering support offered by her family and friends, Ms. Williford credits much of her success to the values instilled by her upbringing and her faith. She was inspired to pursue a path of service and hard work by an early mentor — a mother of six who excelled in real estate while giving back to her community. Ms. Williford has embodied the traits demonstrated by that mentor. Over time, she has had the privilege of assisting multiple generations within families, often helping people she has known throughout multiple eras of their lives.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Ms. Williford has remained deeply engaged in civic activities and community service. She served as vice president of her neighborhood association for five years and has dedicated a decade to duties as a eucharistic minister at her local church. During the COVID-19 pandemic, when traditional religious services were suspended, Ms. Williford adapted by delivering communion to homebound parishioners, emphasizing compassion and adaptability in the face of challenging times. Her volunteerism extends to local charities, where she serves as a coordinator organizing food drives for Northwest Harvest.
In her personal life, Ms. Williford enjoys a wide range of interests, including gardening, waterskiing, snow skiing, biking, running, and participating in community events. She values family gatherings and road trips, maintains close ties with many cousins on both sides of her family, and is passionate about genealogy as part of her dedication to preserving her family legacy. At home, Ms. Williford shares her life with her husband, Richard, and enjoys caring for huskies and cats.
As she moves forward, Ms. Williford is exploring ways to address affordable housing challenges for diverse populations, from first-time buyers to seniors seeking downsized living arrangements. She envisions leading initiatives to build communities that foster collective engagement through shared amenities, such as gardens for family gatherings. Ms. Williford’s ambitions align with the legacy of service to others that she has cultivated over three decades. Whether guiding families through complex transitions or supporting neighbors with civic engagement, her career represents a lifelong commitment to making meaningful connections and lasting contributions.
