Ms. Landry’s academic background has been a strong foundation for her leadership approach. She earned a Bachelor of Science in speech communication and rhetoric from Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts, where she cultivated skills in communication and public speaking that continue to inform her work as a trainer, consultant and executive. She has further advanced her expertise as a certified Maxwell leadership coach, strengthening her ability to mentor individuals and teams while delivering impactful programs that foster growth and development. 

At Aspen Transformation Inc., Ms. Landry has expanded the company’s reach through a range of professional courses and workshops. These include offerings in information technology infrastructure library, International Organization for Standardization 20000, cloud computing, DevOps, Lean information technology, organizational change management, root cause analysis and interactive business simulations. She believes in creating engaging and practical learning experiences that connect theory with real-world application.  

Before assuming her leadership role at Aspen Transformation Inc., Ms. Landry established herself as a respected instructor, consultant and manager in the technology and communications industries. Her career includes experience as a channel partner manager and information technology infrastructure library expert instructor, delivering specialized training and supporting clients in implementing best practices. She also worked as lead instructor and curriculum adviser at Centriq Training, developing course content and teaching programs designed to advance professional skills in the rapidly changing field of information technology. 

Earlier in her career, Ms. Landry excelled in roles that combined client service, consulting and learning development. She worked as a senior account executive with Click2Learn, managing relationships and guiding organizations through the use of learning solutions. During her tenure at AT&T, she advanced to the role of human resource and learning director, where she made courageous decisions that carried risk but ultimately improved performance for the entire branch. She regards these accomplishments as pivotal milestones that demonstrated her ability to balance strategic foresight with bold action. 

Ms. Landry is an active member of the IT Service Management Forum and the Golden Key International Honour Society, reflecting her commitment to professional growth and contributions to industry advancement. She also serves on the board of Boardsi, further broadening her leadership reach within the business community. 

Ms. Landry’s impact extends beyond her professional achievements. She has consistently supported civic and charitable causes, including the Boise Rescue Mission, St. Jude Children’s Hospital and local food banks. She has taught Sunday School for children, an experience that reinforced her passion for teaching and mentorship.
