Kristina Mileusnich – holding a master’s degree in acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine (M.CM) with credentials as a licensed acupuncturist (L. Ac.) and a diplomate of acupuncture (Dipl. Ac.) – has been the proud and trusted owner of Seven Medicine in Rochester, Minnesota, since 2019. Having expertise in cosmetic facial acupuncture, women’s health, fertility support, weight loss, post-partum care, and autoimmune pain, she is licensed with the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice and is certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture.

Initially motivated by her brother’s struggle with leukemia, Ms. Mileusnich sought a career in health care to help those in need. As a refugee from her home country of Bosnia, she had to overcome a succession of challenges and adapt to a new culture in the United States. This experience helped her develop an unshakeable resilience and has played a significant role in her success. She witnessed her parents work incredibly hard to provide for her family and was inspired to accomplish her own goals and make her parents proud. At the University of Minnesota, Ms. Mileusnich earned a bachelor’s degree and completed coursework in pre-medicine. In 2018, she graduated summa cum laude from Northwestern Health Sciences University with her M.CM. Beyond her formal degrees and credentials, she is certified in abdominal protocol for fertility and weight loss.

Before launching Seven Medicine, Ms. Mileusnich secured outstanding serial experience as an intern with the Human Performance Center, the Pillsbury House, Courage Kenney Pathways, Abbot Northwestern Hospital, and the University of Minnesota’s Masonic Children’s Hospital. She has been honored for her professional achievements with multiple awards, including being named Rochester’s Best Acupuncturist in 2022 and 2023 and winning Best Holistic Wellness Clinic in Rochester in 2023. To give back to her community, Ms. Mileusnich participates in various pro bono initiatives for low-income households through Seven Medicine and offers a women’s health sponsorship for a local soccer league.

Ms. Mileusnich’s experiences as a mother have largely inspired her to specialize in women’s health. She considers it a privilege to help other women navigate the difficult and complex areas of fertility, childbirth, and post-partum recovery. Along with relishing her work, she enjoys taking her children to the park, painting, exercising, and outdoor activities such as hiking and gardening.
