Hunt Transport Services Inc., where she is a pricing support analyst. In this role, she plays a vital part in the pricing process by collecting and inputting critical data into company systems to ensure customers receive accurate information for sound business decisions. Once agreements are finalized, she establishes them within the system, enabling other departments to seamlessly book services using verified rates. Her ability to manipulate and optimize data has been key in streamlining operations and supporting the company’s continued growth.

She earned a Master of Business Administration in international business from John Brown University and a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics from the University of Arkansas. These degrees provided her with both analytical strength and global business acumen, preparing her to navigate the complexities of pricing strategy and operational support. During her undergraduate studies, she faced a serious illness that required a lengthy hospitalization. Despite this challenge, she preserved her scholarships, extended her semesters and ultimately returned to complete her degree. This accomplishment stands as one of her proudest milestones and reflects her resilience, determination and ability to overcome adversity.
Before taking on her current responsibilities, Ms. Jeter gained valuable experience in several positions at J.B. Hunt Transport Services Inc. As an account representative, she managed client relationships, addressed concerns and provided support that fostered customer loyalty. Her talent for effective communication and her focus on service excellence enhanced the company’s reputation with its clients. Earlier, as an intermodal appointment specialist, she coordinated logistics and scheduled freight appointments with accuracy and attention to detail. These responsibilities required organizational precision and a strong sense of accountability, both of which she consistently demonstrated.
Ms. Jeter began her career outside of the transportation industry as a teller at Centennial Bank. In this position, she developed foundational skills in customer service and financial transactions that prepared her for future roles in business operations. Her commitment to service extends well beyond the corporate sphere. For nearly two decades, she has served as an audio/visual technician at Fellowship Bible Church of Northwest Arkansas, supporting the technical aspects of worship services and events. In addition, she has spent many years as a math tutor, helping students strengthen their skills and build confidence in the subject. These long-term commitments underscore her dedication to both her community and the growth of others.
Ms. Jeter has also contributed to civic initiatives through her involvement with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, dedicating time to supporting youth mentorship and development. This experience further highlights her belief in the importance of investing in the lives of others and fostering opportunities for future generations.
Throughout her career, Ms. Jeter has drawn inspiration from the guidance and perseverance of her single mother, whose example instilled in her a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence. These values have remained central to her personal and professional journey.
Looking ahead, Ms. Jeter is eager to expand her role within J.B. Hunt Transport Services Inc. She envisions taking on greater responsibilities that would allow her to lead a team of pricing support analysts, fostering growth while enhancing the group’s efficiency. She also remains open to exploring other opportunities within the company where her skills can contribute to broader organizational success.
