In this capacity, she partners with contractors and insurance markets to design customized risk financing strategies—with the goal of protecting projects and creating long-term business value. Among her numerous responsibilities, she has developed her team through product education and customer engagement; engages in daily interactions with customers about their pipeline, renewals, placement, and specific project requirements; advises clients on their current program structure and exploring opportunities for enhancements; and helping clients retain more revenue within their organizations and create alternative revenue streams.

Having started in positions similar to hers, they have utilized the lessons she imparted to propel themselves forward. Her commitment to mentoring has not only facilitated their development but has also fostered a new generation of leaders. She considers witnessing the career evolution and success of her former colleagues her most notable achievement.

Prior to her appointment at American Global, Ms. Weber excelled as the underwriting officer for Subcontractor Default Insurance within Liberty Mutual Insurance Company from 2021 to 2025. She previously worked as the director of risk management for Moss & Associates and BE&K Building Group between 2019 and 2021. For more than a decade, she was active at Balfour Beatty US, starting as an Accounts Payable (AP) accountant and advancing through numerous positions. These include AP Team Lead, subguard financial analyst, senior risk analyst, and ultimately the subguard program director and director of risk management for the Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CIRS) program. She launched her career as an accountant with Westbriar Construction from 2004 to 2006.

Ahead of her professional journey, Ms. Weber enrolled at Texas Christian University, where she studied accounting before ultimately starting in the field. In the midst of her career, though, she returned to her education and earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2011. She attributes her success to the mentors she has encountered in various organizations over the years, reflecting on the people who have consistently invested their time and effort in her development, helping her to flourish. Additionally, she expresses deep gratitude for the unwavering support of her family, which has been a cornerstone of her journey.

Ms. Weber has been accrued many accolades throughout her career, including a Magnolia recognition from the TEXO Association and a nomination for the Women in Construction Award by Alliance Insurance Brokerage, LLC. In addition, she has been a devoted member of the Construction Financial Management Association since 2013. Looking toward the future, she envisions taking a leadership role at American Global, aiming to position the company as the premier construction broker offering advisory services for small-business initiatives. She emphasized that it is no small undertaking, especially considering the national landscape and its complexities.
