Kinga Korpacz is a real estate broker and the owner of Exit Realty Redefined, where she brings more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry to her clients. Since 2016, Ms. Korpacz has run the firm, where she specializes in short sales and residential properties throughout the Chicagoland area. She is proud to be in the top 20% of all realtors in the area and maintains a commitment to excellence based on a desire to treat each client’s needs as if they were her own.
Born in Poland, Ms. Korpacz relocated to the United States in 1989 and studied at Wright College before beginning her career. A natural entrepreneur, she pursued business ownership and development opportunities from an early point in her career and was the owner of Diamond Automotive from 1995 until 2002. She entered the real estate field in 2001 as a sales expert for Plus Real Estate Services, Inc., a Harwood Heights-based firm where she would continue to build her industry skills until 2010.
After spending a year as a realtor for Area Wide Realty in Cicero, Illinois, Ms. Korpacz joined Exit Realty Redefined in 2011. Her first four years with the company were spent as a real estate agent in the Wheaton, Illinois, office. She continued to work with independent brokerages through 2015, when she decided to start her own company to focus on the education and customer support she found lacking in other environments. When Ms. Korpacz began taking designation classes, she realized that the same in-depth knowledge and training that she sought out was of high value to her clients.
A keystone of her business philosophy at Exit Realty Redefined is sharing knowledge with clients and empowering them to navigate real estate transactions, and she maintains a small team of 36 dedicated agents. This commitment to service and education has allowed her office to consistently place in the top 10 highest-producing branches in the region, despite competing with divisions much larger than hers. Ms. Korpacz is a certified realtor and has pursued extensive professional development, including as an e-PRO, negotiation expert, short sale and foreclosure resource, and accredited buyer specialist, among many others. She is highly skilled in working with distressed and residential properties and has been REO and short sale certified by the Five Star Institute.
Ms. Korpacz’s passion for education and advocacy has led her to leadership roles in the Women’s Council of Realtors, where she is a past president and long-term secretary. Since 2018, she has served as the National Association of Realtors’ federal political coordinator and director of the organization’s Mainstreet branch. Ms. Korpacz has consistently exceeded sales goals since the beginning of her career and has been named a top agent and top producer by Exit Realty International more than five times. She is active in numerous professional groups, including the Chicago Association of Realtors, the National Association of Hispanic Realtors and the National Association of Real Estate Brokers.
Ms. Korpacz credits her success to her knowledge of the market and drive for constant improvement. Above everything, she considers the highlights of her career to be the opportunities she has had to help families and build communities and becoming a trustworthy resource for those looking to sell or purchase a home. In her personal time, she enjoys reading, traveling, spending time with her three children, and enjoying the outdoors by paddle boarding.
