
Khadija Dija Ziane has built a career in facility management and health care services defined by strategic leadership and operational expertise. As senior vice president of growth for Elior North America Healthcare, she leads business development, sales, and client retention across hospitals, senior living communities and behavioral health organizations. In this role, she focuses on cultivating long-term partnerships, expanding existing accounts, and ensuring sustainable results, while guiding teams to excel in service delivery and client satisfaction. Under her leadership, the division has thrived, reflecting her ability to balance strategic vision with operational oversight.
Ms. Ziane’s academic background has been foundational to her professional success. She earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of the People, gaining advanced knowledge in management principles and global business practices. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance from Groupe ISCAE in Casablanca, which provided her with analytical skills essential for navigating complex markets. Her pursuit of continuous learning includes completion of the financial management program at Cornell University, IFMA certification through the International Facility Management Association Singapore Chapter, lean six sigma master black belt from Villanova University, negotiation for executives certificate from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and project management professional certification from Project Management Institute Inc.
Ms. Ziane’s professional journey includes working as the division president at Grupo EULEN, where she built a new facility services division from the ground up, achieving rapid growth while maintaining revenue, profit and client satisfaction. Prior to that, she held executive roles at Sodexo, including vice president of strategic account management, vice president of technical solutions sales and vice president of business transformation, guiding initiatives that optimized operations, advanced organizational change and strengthened key client relationships. She was also a senior director overseeing project management, strategic sales and health care project initiatives, contributing to large-scale operational improvements and business development strategies.
Throughout her career, Ms. Ziane has been recognized for her commitment to leadership and diversity. She has held roles as national chair for the Sodexo Organization of Latinos, national communication chair for SOL, and national communications chair for the Sodexo Pan-Asian Network Group. Her civic engagement includes supporting disabled people organizations, LGBTQ organizations, women’s initiatives, and arts programs, as well as serving on diversity councils and participating in community boards such as the Arts Council in Weston, Florida. Various awards, such as the Platinum Circle Award and Sales Platinum Circle Award from Sodexo, reflect her professional impact and dedication.
Born in Casablanca, Ms. Ziane attributes her success to the support of her family and mentors, as well as the opportunities provided by the United States after emigrating with her family. She enjoys spending time with her two sons, engaging in puzzles, sewing decorative items, traveling and reading. One son has established himself as an actor while pursuing higher education, and the other is advancing in civil engineering and academic pursuits.
