Kelly Zeigler

Kelly Garrett Zeigler has excelled as the vice president of global consumer and shopper insights for Vans, a subsidiary company of the VF Corporation, since 2017. In this role, she is responsible for elevating consumer voices within the company, conducting market research, trend forecasting, and collaborating with the brand president and other department heads. She previously served AT&T/DIRECTV as the director of consumer and competitive insights from 2011 to 2017. Prior to AT&T, Mrs. Zeigler headed up the global consumer insights function at Belkin International within the office of corporate development. Earlier in her career, she cultivated her international insights at Mattel and Disney’s consumer products division between 2002 and 2011

Mrs. Zeigler began her love of insights at Stanford University. First earning a Bachelor of Arts followed by a Master of Arts in 2002, she holds a certificate in behavioral economics and consumer insights from the Yale School of Management and in designing strategy from IDEO. Furthermore, she completed the design thinking boot camp at the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design at Stanford and the executive program for growing companies at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Mrs. Zeigler is also a certified strategic foresight practitioner.

Named to the Top 100 Executives Under 50 by Diversity MBA Magazine in 2020, Mrs. Zeigler is also passionate about youth education and racial equity work. She is an active volunteer at St. Mary’s IB School, on the advisory board for Insights In Color and a member of World 50 Diversity and Inclusion Council.
