Ms. Bosman’s path to leadership excellence was shaped by a strong educational foundation. She earned a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of Redlands in Redlands, California, following a Bachelor of Science in business and management from the same institution. Her academic journey began with coursework at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and continued at the College of Saint Benedict in Saint Joseph, Minnesota, where she deepened her understanding of business principles and human relations. Before founding Virtulead Consulting, Ms. Bosman held a series of progressive leadership positions at National MI that strengthened her expertise in risk management and operational strategy. As senior director of risk operations, she oversaw critical initiatives designed to enhance process efficiency and strengthen compliance. Earlier, as director of contract underwriting, she managed teams responsible for underwriting oversight and strategic collaboration across departments. During her tenure as manager of delegated underwriting, she directed programs that ensured adherence to evolving industry standards, building systems that supported both organizational growth and accountability.
Ms. Bosman’s career also includes notable achievements in the financial services sector. At Bank of America, she worked as an assistant vice president and loan review team lead for mortgage insurance claims management, directing complex loan analysis and claims review functions. Prior to that, she contributed to Genworth Mortgage Insurance through Headway Workforce Solutions as an appeals and recourse specialist, where she honed her skills in risk assessment and process improvement. Her earlier roles at Genworth US Mortgage Insurance, including account manager and underwriting team lead, provided valuable experience in client relations and operational leadership. These formative years laid the groundwork for her transition into executive leadership.
Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Bosman is deeply engaged in her community. She mentors students through the Bennies in Business program at the College of Saint Benedict, offering career guidance and leadership insight to the next generation of professionals.
