Holding considerable expertise in residential real estate, Kasidy B. Lowe began her studies with a Bachelor of Science in psychology with a minor in criminology and mental health from Middle Tennessee State University in 2013. From there, she pursued various real estate certifications and is currently certified in residential construction, ePro, new construction and as a new home specialist. She has also been certified as a seller representative specialist and accredited buyer’s representative through the National Association of Realtors. In 2021, Ms. Lowe achieved her real estate broker’s license.
Embarking on her career as an assistant manager with Hibbett Sports while still in school, Ms. Lowe worked in that role from 2010 to 2015 before briefly spending time as a provider contractor for Prime Health Services, Inc. in 2016 and as a recruiter for Bishop Placement Services LLC from 2015 to 2016. She entered the field of realty in 2017 as a realtor with Keller Williams Realty, Inc., in Nashville, Tennessee. In 2019, she joined Compass Real Estate in Nashville as a realtor, broker and team leader. In this role, Ms. Lowe is responsible for working with investors and first-time homebuyers, a variety of different transactions and networking with other real estate professionals.
Furthermore, Ms. Lowe takes care to cultivate long-term relationships with all of her colleagues and clients and is always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone who requires assistance with their home, such as needing to find a plumber. Looking toward the future, she hopes to grow her team so that they will be able to branch out and achieve a greater volume of sales. In 2021, they closed 63 sales and she hopes to take it to over 100 transactions in 2022. Most importantly, however, she doesn’t want to sacrifice the quality of her services for quantity. Ms. Lowe also has a long term goal that would see her move to Florida, now that she has achieved a Florida real estate broker’s license.
Operating by the motto “We treat our clients like family,” Ms. Lowe attributes much of her success to her willingness to go above and beyond what is expected of her. Every transaction she conducts symbolizes what will ideally be a lifelong relationship with the client, and therefore it is important that the client have a good, efficient and stress free experience. She has made a name for herself as someone who will prioritize the needs of the client over the success of the transaction. In order to keep up to date with new developments in her field, Ms. Lowe maintains professional affiliation with the National Association of Realtors, the Eastern Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors and the Greater Nashville Realtors.
Ms. Lowe also places great emphasis on giving back to her community and has been actively involved with both Meals on Wheels America and Habitat for Humanity. Her work with Meals on Wheels, in particular, is done through the Eastern Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors and the Greater Nashville Realtors. On a more personal level, Ms. Lowe and her assistant hand deliver pies to colleagues and clients during the Thanksgiving season, because she knows that small gestures can go a long way.
Having accomplished much over the course of her career, Ms. Lowe is particularly proud to have been named to Tom Ferry America’s Best Real Estate Professionals in 2021, where she was ranked third out of 10,000 individual agents in Nashville. She had previously been recognized among the Top One Percent in 2020. In addition, she was twice presented with the Excellent Client Service Award from Google and Homesnap, first in 2019 and again 2020, and was also honored with the Top Agent Award from SOAR Nashville’s SOAR Awards in 2020. Above all these accolades, Ms. Lowe cites her favorite aspect of her career to be helping people, whether that is assisting her buyers in obtaining their dream homes or providing them with resources to help pay off their debt.
